The employees are being run ragged at this location. They are always so nice and apologetic when they’re out of something (which is a regular thing.) It’s unfortunate and effecting the quality of everything else. Someone needs to help this location and the people who work there.

Do not use the app. I was at the correct location. My order was there behind the counter and ready. However, they would not givethe food I paid for because there app lists the address as 3125 when it’s 3121. Customer service is a joke and refused to help. Think I’ll take Wendy’s surge pricing. At least there I’ll get my food. You’ve been warned

I ordered from this place several times, but always had problems getting the order correctly. Almost everytime they forget something such as the dips and wrong orders. I'm not satisfied with this branch many other branches are doing better but this one is always problematic.

I ordered the Chicken Nuggets, Onion Rings, and Mozzarella Sticks. The Mozzarella sticks weren’t included in my order even though I ordered and paid for them, and I had to get them refunded. The chicken nuggets were gross, I’m not trying to exaggerate but they honestly reminded me of middle-school cafeteria food. The only good thing I have to say about this restaurant is that the Onion Rings were decent, and I have no complaints about those.
