Do not go to this location! This is the 3rd time that I have gone there and they have messed up my order. Ordered a rodeo burger meal this last time and got a hamburger. The receipt is correct but failed to follow directions. Wait time is ridiculous, sometimes you wait 20mins to get your order.

They aren’t open 24 hours , I just went there 2:16 am 11/18/24 and it’s NOT OPEN. Don’t go there at night thinking you’re gonna get u a sandwich , the hours posted are a LIE!!!

Did mobile order. Got there about five minutes later. Was asked to pull ahead in drive thru. Thats all fine. But then had to sit for 22 MINUTES before we got our food.

This Burger King is a joke I have problem after problem with them time and time again, the people working the drive through on night shift are extremely rude and need to be educated. Also was told I gotta wait for my burger cause there broiler “accidentally shut down” the workers here are lazy and worthless excuses for workers either find new workers or shut this place down fyi the bigger lady that works nights really needs to be fired

Went at midnight and the person said “we are doing a system update, it will be 5-10 minutes before I can take another order” came back through an hour later with the same message. I already ate at Taco Bell by this point but I went back again 30 minutes later just to see if the girl felt like working yet? Nope 🤣
I noticed my sandwich was pink on the inside. I returned it to walk in on employees munching and licking fingers. Told them what happened and they told me I could throw the bag away myself. No offer of compensation or anything after receiving my refund.

We went through the drive thru at about 9:35pm on a Saturday night (2/22/25). My husband and I sat there looking at the menu and waiting for almost 10 minutes before we both finally said hello and then my husband whistled and said hellooo and a nasty worker came on the speaker and said nothing other than, "DON'T YOU WHISTLE AT ME." Nothing else. We had been sitting there patiently and this worker wanted to come on and be nasty and rude because SHE wasn't doing HER job? Okay. We left and went down the road to Culvers. I would NOT recommend stopping here if you are in the area. The employees are nasty and so is this restaurant.
I don't know who's in charge of this joke of a restaurant but I'll tell you they don't care who's at their front counter how long you been standing there and they're not going to even address you. I was the only person in the dining area standing there like a fool and I guess they weren't taking orders at the counter I don't know. I ended up leaving empty-handed. I'm surprised this place is even in business. 6:00 on a Friday afternoon nobody to help you. They care about the drive-thru so you might want to just go in the drive-thru. I don't know what I was thinking even going to Burger King with their fake food. But as far as management goes I couldn't even tell you because I didn't meet anybody.

I was going to grab my card and the cashier got scared and closed the window so quickly. Which was concerning, I understand People Suck but like if people make you nervous…get a call center job/work from home…I ordered an impossible whopper; The amount of Ketchup, Mustard, & Mayo left my burger very messy & hard to eat. My hands were covered in sauce, the wrapper collected a big puddle of sauce. Usually other BK’s make it great; this one missed the mark.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. I wanted to add a drink to go with a single-item mobile order, but the person at the intercom was talking over me and rushing me through the line. I tried asking at the window instead, but apparently they “can’t” add anything at that point and I “had” to do it at the intercom… which I would’ve been happy to do if I had been allowed to speak. On top of that, my hashbrowns were haphazardly thrown into the bag, and half of them had spilled out and soaked the bottom of the bag with grease. Overall, not a very good experience.
