Fries were hot and crisp with pillowy center and the chicken sandwich was craggy and delicious. Place was dead mid week for a conference but much better than years prior. Would I order the porterhouse? Probably not, but I still recommend.

Waitress only came around when it was time to "pay" for what my husband and I were told at hotel check-in would be a complimentary breakfast buffet.
She told us that we were told wrong and that there were other people that had been told wrong also.. Seems like a scam to me to know that there were other confused breakfast goers from the same event we were attending and no restaurant staff mentions this to you before it comes time to pay... Bait and switch maybe?
Gross cold food, pancakes burnt that tasted like baking soda.. Undercooked bacon, and heat and serve sausage..cold scrambled eggs.. Undercooked while also burnt hash browns..

Sunday morning breakfast and about 6 tables full in the entire place. We waited an hour for our food. We had to ask about it and our waitress didn't even remember what we ordered. She came right back with our extremely cold breakfast. It had to have sat waiting for well over a half hour based on the temp. The omelet was cold, not warm, cold. The toast was cold. We got up and left. When made the waitress aware she gave us a very unconcerned sorry as she kept walking by us, not even stopping to hear the problem.

The restaurant was empty . We were sat right away but then had to weight 15 min to get a menu. Another 15 min to put our order in. And then over an hour for our food. 2 plates came but the 3rd was another 20min later. When we complained they said our food would be discounted. He took $2.00 dollars off. Food was also cold and nothing to write home about.

I’m here for a conference and got lucky enough to order a carry out for dinner. Halle took care of me and she’s the sweetest thing ever! The food is amazing, we were told it’s only been open like a week because of the hotel rebranding, so just pack your patience.

Like a previous post we were also there for this weekend for a 3 day dance event. The man that waited on us was in training and his first day so as one would imagine it was a hot mess - this OF COURSE was absolutely no fault of his own so this post is not, AT ALL, directed towards that poor man. However, his trainer, who also seemed to be the bartender was incredibly rude to him (appalling to be matter-of-fact), to us as well but insanely rude to him. The order was all kind of wrong, items were doubled ordered, items missing, extra items added to the tap that weren’t ordered and never received, cold food, took over an hour and actually get our food (it’s to note that we were the only table besides people at the bar - I think maybe 6 at most), checks were wrong when they actually did come…it was a complete mess. I will add a positive to this; the wings were out of the world and not cold. I had fish tacos and they were also great but just a little cold. This restaurant is absolutely not a recommendation and you should steer clear as the experience was awful.

This place belongs in “I am Legend” the movie. It’s a freaking ghost town. No TV, little staff, and a weak kitchen. Either staff the joint or shut it down.

I went here two nights in a row while on a business trip. The service was very good. The food was good, but not excellent. I had a filet the first night and a New York strip the next. Both were good, although the strip was kind of tough. Both were over seasoned with salt. The Brussels sprouts were good. Garlic mashed an 8 out of 10. Would I come here again? Yes. But if there was another option this close to the hotel where I was staying, that might be another story.
Great steak
came here with my entire dance company for a dance convention, three days long. when my children and I arrived we were greeted by hostile servers who immediately told us in a rude manner that it was going to take at least 40 minutes for us to receive “anything“. she then directed us to the bar, saying that was our best bet only for the bartender to proceeded to tell my children to “go sit at a table you can’t be at the bar” and when i ordered them Cokes, handed me water bottles.
We ordered a Vodka Martini with olives on the side, Chicken tenders, and a Hamburger.
Went there with a group of 4 and it was towards the end of night. Two people ordered lobster ravioli, one ordered a steak and the other person ordered a wedge salad. Lobster ravioli was amazing but very small entree, would have been a great appetizer. The real issue came in when the steak had looked like it was cooked hours ago and then reheated. When we talked to the manager his response was that he had just sent these steaks up to 80 football players and they didn't have an issue with it at all. Very poor customer service and was very rude about the whole ordeal. We really just went to this place for convenience since it was in the hotel but that will not happen again.
