Giving a great review as they earned some redemption after past poor reviews. Sat at the bar, place was dead, almost left to walk down the street and try something with higher reviews but decided to stay. Bartender was friendly and attentive enough. Ordered the Steak Frites with little expectations. Food came out within 10 minutes, hot and fresh. My first thought was that the dish looked like it was outdated, fries just had flaky salt and parsley, maybe some truffle oil and Parmesan would kick them up? However, as I dug into the Steak with Chimichurri, I quickly realized that more complexity would complicate the dish. I really thought they did a nice job on both service and food quality, especially for a hotel restaurant. If you’ve been disappointed in the past, maybe try again. The menu lacks options, but I’d rather have higher quality food and only a few specialty dishes.

We came down for breakfast and found out it was buffet, after checking it out we decided it wasn’t worth $15 a person for gross bacon, pancakes and some dried potatoes. So we tried again for dinner. After being seated the waitress slapped some menus down and said I’ll be back in a minute, she never came back after 10 minutes we left. There were only two other people in the whole place. The food was way overpriced.

Me and my friends got there at about 6:30 and we ordered (I got mozzarella sticks) we waited an hour and got our food at like 7:25 they had low staff and my food was a little cold and they brought me the wrong sauce and my food was really chewy (it took me more than a minute to chew it) and they just weren’t really good. And I ordered a drink and water and never got my drink.

I ate here while staying at the hotel, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. I had to flag down the hostess multiple times before anyone helped me. Eventually, I placed a to-go order at the bar and went with the NY Steak with broccolini and potatoes.

After waiting about 30 minutes, my food finally arrived but without the potatoes. I had to wait another 20 minutes just to receive a small 3oz cup of them. The waitress explained that potatoes are no longer included with the steak meal and that the menu hadn’t been updated to reflect that.

The food itself was just okay. The steak was decent, but after all the waiting, I was too tired to go back downstairs when I realized they hadn’t given me any utensils.

For over $50, the meal felt underwhelming with minimal sides, an average steak, and a lot of unnecessary hassle.

Went here the other day just for the fact that it was convenient. I ordered a dish that was pretty much penna alla vodka and didn't get that. It was penna in oil? I asked about it and they said they have their own vodka sauce that they make. I had 4 bites and couldn't manage to eat it. Still made me pay for it😑. Vodka sauce is not oil based.

Fries were hot and crisp with pillowy center and the chicken sandwich was craggy and delicious. Place was dead mid week for a conference but much better than years prior. Would I order the porterhouse? Probably not, but I still recommend.

Wanted to contribute to the terrible rating.

Waitress only came around when it was time to "pay" for what my husband and I were told at hotel check-in would be a complimentary breakfast buffet.

She told us that we were told wrong and that there were other people that had been told wrong also.. Seems like a scam to me to know that there were other confused breakfast goers from the same event we were attending and no restaurant staff mentions this to you before it comes time to pay... Bait and switch maybe?

Gross cold food, pancakes burnt that tasted like baking soda.. Undercooked bacon, and heat and serve sausage..cold scrambled eggs.. Undercooked while also burnt hash browns..

Sunday morning breakfast and about 6 tables full in the entire place. We waited an hour for our food. We had to ask about it and our waitress didn't even remember what we ordered. She came right back with our extremely cold breakfast. It had to have sat waiting for well over a half hour based on the temp. The omelet was cold, not warm, cold. The toast was cold. We got up and left. When made the waitress aware she gave us a very unconcerned sorry as she kept walking by us, not even stopping to hear the problem.

The restaurant was empty . We were sat right away but then had to weight 15 min to get a menu. Another 15 min to put our order in. And then over an hour for our food. 2 plates came but the 3rd was another 20min later. When we complained they said our food would be discounted. He took $2.00 dollars off. Food was also cold and nothing to write home about.

I’m here for a conference and got lucky enough to order a carry out for dinner. Halle took care of me and she’s the sweetest thing ever! The food is amazing, we were told it’s only been open like a week because of the hotel rebranding, so just pack your patience.

Like a previous post we were also there for this weekend for a 3 day dance event. The man that waited on us was in training and his first day so as one would imagine it was a hot mess - this OF COURSE was absolutely no fault of his own so this post is not, AT ALL, directed towards that poor man. However, his trainer, who also seemed to be the bartender was incredibly rude to him (appalling to be matter-of-fact), to us as well but insanely rude to him. The order was all kind of wrong, items were doubled ordered, items missing, extra items added to the tap that weren’t ordered and never received, cold food, took over an hour and actually get our food (it’s to note that we were the only table besides people at the bar - I think maybe 6 at most), checks were wrong when they actually did come…it was a complete mess. I will add a positive to this; the wings were out of the world and not cold. I had fish tacos and they were also great but just a little cold. This restaurant is absolutely not a recommendation and you should steer clear as the experience was awful.
