Friday after Christmas. Got my aged cup of old coffee and picked a dirty table. We were there 30 minutes and never saw the employees again. Too busy to run a vacuum. Im not going back again. I recommend The Urban Cup or The Brew Cafe. So very disappointed.

Cute place and coffee is good, but double check your orders if you are picking up! I got an avocado bagel and a coffee. They gave me a blueberry bagel (ew) instead of an everything bagel and iced coffee instead of hot. I was not the one that picked it up so I was very disappointed.
My husband said they messed up the order in front of him and gave the person black iced coffee instead of adding the milk and flavors he had ordered too! They definitely need to read their orders more closely.

Absolutely loved my visit to Château Coffee Co in Lansing! The customer service was amazing — super friendly with great recommendations. The tea, smoothie, and even the muffin were all delicious! Such cozy vibes and a perfect spot to relax.
Most of the vegetarian options were unavailable and no other menu item can be modified to be vegetarian friendly. I was not given an option to warm up my pastry. The coffee was okay (strong and too much syrup to mask the bitterness). For an everything bagel, croissant and two iced lattes was $35.
The atmosphere was nice and clean but I didn’t feel like it was really a place to sit down and relax/enjoy a good book like Hooked in East Lansing.

My first time ordering from this restaurant through Uber eats and my latte has spilled entirely in the bag and I only received one macaroon when ordering on ubereats clearly states that you will receive two. Very disappointed.
