My mom and I went and there were 6 people in there 20 minutes after opening and all the baristas and workers ignored everyone like we weren’t there. I don’t know why but it displays horrible customer service !!!

Have been coming here for a while, love the coffee flights and breakfast options! They change their flights monthly and are within theme! The food is great, only downside is a couple of their items (such as the breakfast bagel sandwiches) they premake in the morning, so if you have any diet restrictions (like dairy free or if you want no cream cheese) they are unable to offer that. But I’ve always had plenty of other items to choose from.

This was our first. Visit to chateau coffee company. We were in town for work and wanted to get coffees for the drive home. My husband and I each got a cold brew and a snack. I had a chocolate muffin, and he got tiramisu. We each got a croissant to have for breakfast the next day. Everything we got was very good. The coffee had great flavor, and the desserts were all delicious. The staff members we spoke to were sweet, fun, and happily answered our questions. If we are ever in town again we will be sure to stop by for more coffee!

What truly impressed me was the proprietor’s remarkable memory—recognizing my voice from a phone call four days prior! That personal touch made me feel instantly welcomed.
I initially had grand plans for a high tea experience, complete with a tiered serving stand, but Château Coffee’s space and menu leaned in a different direction. Though they didn’t have a wide selection of savory finger sandwiches, the tea and muffins more than made up for it. Sometimes simplicity is best, and this visit was about savoring good flavors and great conversation.
Speaking of conversation, I was here on a first date with Danella, and the cozy ambiance played a perfect supporting role. With charming decor, delicious food, and a proprietor eager to engage, Château Coffee delivers not just quality, but genuine hospitality.
Highly recommend it for those looking for a laid-back yet memorable café experience!
