I ordered to go and I have never been to this place before. When I got there I assumed I would wait at the counter where drinks were getting dropped off. None of the employees greeted me or asked if I had an order to pick up. They didn’t even look in my direction. My order was out of reach and I couldn’t read the ticket. So I waited about 10 mins for someone to assist. After another persons drink was placed out. I finally leaned over the counter and picked up the drink covering the ticket. It was mine but they had no intention of asking. The drink itself would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the extra powder on top. It dispersed throughly the drink and made it grainy.

Maddy was amazing, I got ripped off from door dash by a canceled order they couldn't deliver. Maddy took care of me and made up the order. This place has great coffee and hand-held foods. A+++++ recommended.

Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.)
I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!

This is my go to coffee shop in the Lansing area! The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is charming and cozy with the couches and big windows. The coffee flights are what drew me in! Ive enjoyed every visit. 😍

Chateau was so cute! The chai latte and peppermint bark latte were so good. Josh the barista was kind and welcoming on our first visit. Definitely will be coming back!

Love love love this place, go at least once a quarter. My favorite items include their avocado toast and spicy chicken sandwich. All their coffee is delicious. It is a nice halfway point between Grand Rapids and Detroit. I go out of my way here. Anytime I'm in Lansing, this is my go to coffee shop. Havent had anything I didn't like. I also enjoy their latte flights. They are in a strip and have plenty of parking. There is also plenty of seating inside. It's so cozy.

My 2 friends and I went in on Veterans Day and we were greeted with poor attitudes. We have never been there and it seemed to be an inconvenience to them that we were asking questions about the products and items they were serving. The cashier was no kind at all they all seemed like they hated being there and had no energy like a coffee shop would provide. Mind you we each spent $40 on a flight and a sandwich which is already expensive for the quality. I will most likely never return the location also isn’t the greatest and not much setting space. Was very disappointed

Had my first visit today. Happy to report that the food was delicious! The vibe… hmmmm. Feels like a great place for college students. As I do not fit that demographic there was a chill in the air to be honest. So maybe folks need to be aware of that. I’d happily patronize this spot more if that as addressed and corrected. Maybe I’ll get take out next time.
