I was in the driveway, I let staff know I had an allergy to bacon,I ordered an item without bacon.I went back after waiting for five minutes to let them know.I asked for a refund because I didn't have time to wait for the order to be remade.

The staff and manager were arguing saying I didn't specify no bacon and the manager did not provide a refund. I am a very patient person but not for incompetence.No one apologized just stood around.

Ordered traditional wing combo with side of ranch. Fries were not cooked all the way couldn’t even eat them at all. Paid $.50 extra for ranch no ranch with order. Chicken was ok could have could have had more lemon pepper. Customer service ladies at drive thru window were really nice. But food was trash ended up throwing most of it away.

I've been there 2 times now, service is very helpful, food is good and I like the prices. Hoping that they can make it here. Highly recommend trying it out.

How are you as a manager going to allow 2 people to be vaping around the food , infront of your face and not say a word. It's illegal to vap in a food establishment and before you got your business license I am sure you were told that esp around my food. Gross. I know your newly opened but have some standards now or that's going to turn to shit real quickly.

I waited in drive thru line 30 minutes, literally NO movement before I drove off!! Lobby was locked & closed before 6 pm with ppl inside waiting, so I couldn’t order inside…. Get it together or get lost! Another MLK FAILURE it’s looking like…. Mehhh

Great communication and service with Alan and visual presentation when you open the box is great. Packaging and bagging is good.
The order taker and cashier were polite and dressed professionally.
The Bacon3 cheesteak was somewhat greasy/salty and lacked real seasonong flavor truthfully. Not much meat or even real cheese for the $14.
Also ordered bacon cheese fries and fries were way undercooked.
A financial power move I recommend you X the expensive boxes and wrap your sandwiches in paper and put those funds into a bit extra meat, better seasoning & cheese and longer fry cook time. Best I can say.

Small portions for price bland sandwich fries were soggy no seasoning as well had to go back to make sure portions size were correct and was told per corporate they were .

You would think that for as long as it took for Charley's to open, it would look brand new on the inside. They pretty much moved into Wendy's, changed the name and the color of the building. The inside looks exactly the same, down to the dirty floors and the burnt/ greasy wall behind the grill.

To the food and service. I ordered online and my food was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. It was more like 30 minutes. The boneless chicken was dry and the teriyaki sweet sauce was not good at all. I tried to eat 2 of the 16 - 20 pieces I ordered and gave up. The fries were undercooked, soggy, and they just slapped what tasted like can cheese on top.

The staff was pretty friendly but the service was very slow. I cheated on A Burger and Wing down the street to give this place a try but they don't have to worry about me coming back. I was very disappointed.

My family like Philly cheesesteaks so was happy to see this place, but have gave this place 2 chances… and not impressed at all. The first time we got original Philly, it was super greasy, which I think made it taste really salty, the 2nd time we got chicken Philly… I took 2 bites and didn’t want anymore… it was dry, the chicken had no flavor, it came with tomato and lettuce, I don’t remember the menu saying anything about either of those toppings coming on the sandwich. Also got ultimate fries.. the fries were not cooked all the way. The only thing we enjoyed was the milkshake.

The portions are laughable the line weight is out of control and the price is outrageous Big John's is 10 times better than this place and their fries are trash the only thing they have really good is their shakes are actually pretty good quality so I will get my food at big John's and come get my shake here

Friendly service. Forgot my cheese fries after waiting over 20 mins in the line. When I got home I tasted them and they are very undercooked. Paying almost 4 dollars for them, I am pretty disappointed. My partner also got a side of regular fries and had to put the very small portion they gave her in the air fryer to finish cooking. I understand being busy but for a total of almost $30, I expected a good and hot meal.

12.49 for a very small portion with hardly anything on it. Frys soggy and cold. Total rip off
