Would have been a perfect experience, except for the fact that the hostess set my wife and I right next to the kitchen. This would not have been a problem had the restaurant been full, but it wasn't it was quite empty. We could barely each other or the music because of the noise coming from the kitchen.

Angela is amazing, I’m not really that good on ordering but she had so much patience with my family and I. She helped me order my chocolate cake for dessert! Again amazing and so is the food.

Just avoid this place, they are living off the reputation from days past. Food is usually barely warm or cold, but never hot. Most servers have an attitude, they don't want to refill drinks, or check on anything. They will however stand around in the doorway to the kitchen eating something or the other, and plenty of complaining. Management isn't going to do anything to make things better, so save your time and take your money to an establishment wants it, or at least acts like they do.

Took my husband out for his birthday lunch. We have been here a ton of times. We have never been treated this way. The waitress took our order without even writing down what we ordered. So the order was wrong. She got a attitude and walked away. Then I told her she forgot the bbq sauce and she looks at me and goes is there anything else you need very snotty. Never filled our drinks, never gave us a bill, never checked to see if we were liking the food. I will not be back if she is our waitress again. She is horrible. Yes we didn't leave her a tip because she didn't deserve one she never did her job. We normally tip very well. We even had to ask a different worker for boxes. While she did whatever she was doing.

ordered a burger with no onions and tomato and waitress brings it out after a 30 minute wait with a heaping pile of onions and big tomato on it, had to return it. Then the chicken I got was overcooked and stringy. Then to add onto that, they double charged me for the burger. I had such a great time the first time I went, but this second time was just awful. Not going back anytime soon.

Dinner with family. Only 14 of us this time. Cheddar was very accommodating and quick, too. Food was excellent, and so was the service. Onion rings are a must-have! Update: Another family night. Same great food and service. Thank you Tiffany! Great waitress!

Entered with a larger party had a medium wait time for a table (sunday). Service was friendly and quick, however the food lacked seasoning on certain dishes. I enjoyed the pot pie however many party members commented to the lack of seasoning.

We were fine until a loud group of kids was set behind us and their parents at a table across from them. We had the bus tub dumped on our table. Our waiter was just awful. He NEVER came back to check on us, did NOT want to bring a paper receipt even though we requested one and were paying with cash. My husband was much more generous with his tip than I would have been!!! If it was me he would have received NO tip!!! He didn't deserve one!!! It was the gentleman who brought our food who checked on us more than our ""'waiter""' EVER did!!!

I understand a restaurant being busy, but our service was bad tonight. We ordered our drinks and dinner at the same time. We also ordered salads that we never got. Our drinks came after our food was delivered. Our server ignored us after that. She came after we finished with our meal to show us how to pay our bill. We had to ask her to remove the salad because we never received them. No, sorry, or oops. We have been wanting to try Cheddars for a long time. We passed several other chain restaurants to go there. Unfortunately, this experience means we won't make that mistake twice. We would have ordered a second drink if the first one hadn't taken soooooo long.
