The good was good. I enjoyed the seafood dish ans the chicken dish. Decent sized portions (2 meals for me) and not too salty. This could become my regular spot.

Placed an order for takeout. On their menu, dish S10, makes no mention of onions, which I can’t have. When I spoke to the manager, he first suggested I just, “Take them off.” I told him I can’t eat any dish that’s got onions and he said it was up to ME to tell them I want no onions. The dish was full of regular white onions, not the onions they put in other Chinese dishes. I asked for a $10 credit (the dish was over $11), and he would only give me $5.

I ordered on 8/19/25, chicken tasted old and was very dry. Fried rice didn't come with vegetables or egg, food lacked seasoning and tasted old.

I literally ate chens half my life moved back near them and ordered yesterday and was saddened and mad. Ordered Mongolian beef combo. My beef was mushy and no flavor the so called chicken fried rice had about 5 slivers of meat and no egg , onion, carrots or peas! Just tons of soy sauce it was oily and salty. I didn’t bother calling to complain I just won’t be eating there ever again.

Terrible bland food. General chicken sesame chicken taste exactly the same and like ketchup no spice. Moo goo gai pan was under cooked and bland. Shrimp and lobster sauce had raw liquid egg. It was extremely hot in the building. When bringing up concerns they dismissed and argued with us. I'd give no stars if I could.

Chen’s has been a staple for my family since childhood. Their food is darn consistent which is important to me - especially when I get take out. The portions are so large sometimes I can even stretch a dish out into multiple meals. They are a great local spot I’m always happy to support!
