30 minute wait in the drive thru and that is with a mobile order. They do not have it together at this location. Not expected for this chain, never eating here again
Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour for my food that i never got. Brad told me multiple times he would check on the food but clearly never did. Then he went on to tell us we can re order our food and get in the back of the line. Comical I’ll never be back
The food and service are always top notch. The atmosphere is always cold and super busy. Seems like some almost hits my car every time I try to pull in and park.
