The people who work there are very nice and the food was done quickly and efficiently. The portion sizes are good and their egg rolls are big and stuffed full. Their egg drop soup is good. Unfortunately the main dishes all tasted the same. The prices are average for take out Chinese food. At the end of the day I would opt for eating elsewhere. If I want egg rolls and egg drop soup only this is the spot.

The food and people are great here. We got the family meal and had enough food to eat for 3 days.

The food is delicious. Enjoyed their food but customer service, 😬
Just seem awkward when they start talking in their language, and it doesn't seem like it's about 'the food'. Think I'm going to take a break from their service.
Best Cantonese with a sprinkling of Hunan and Szechuan dishes in Lansing area.
I have been a regular for 26 years. My favorite place.
Never been disappointed.
They do not answer the phone
I’ve not been very satisfied with the Chinese takeout scene in Lansing but China Palace absolutely redeemed that. This place will be my family’s go to takeout place from now on. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was hot.
They also have great vegetarian options. We got the Buddha delight with vegetarian fried rice, lo mien, and spring rolls— delicious!
The price is fair given the state of the economy. For the two of us we spent about $30-35 dollars. I ain’t mad about it.
The location is less than preferable both inside and outside but frankly I don’t care too much given I was in and out very quickly to get my food and go home.
We will definitely be back.

The food is always fast, hot, and delicious. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Easily one of the best Chinese restaurants in Lansing.

The location looks horrible and so does the inside. This was a great place to eat years ago. But for some reason they have let it run down hill. I have ordered from them in 5 years.

I ordered yesterday online and during the time of pick up they told my husband that don’t have a power that’s why they can’t make my order. My husband ask them if they could refund me instead but they insisted to make my order the following day. Today, I called to get my order and the guy I spoke with was yelling and telling me just to get my refund from the company where I ordered it from online. They said they don’t have power yet and they did not receive my payment but upon checking in my credit I was already charged yesterday. I love the food but I hate their service. Very poor customer service.
