I'm with everybody else the place is crap it used to be good now you have to beg for a little bit more meat and then they charge you for double meat but that's not my biggest gripe my biggest gripe is there never open at the time it says they're supposed to be open the doors are open but they haven't even got the chicken out yet to cook I don't care if you're short-handed you've got four five people there that's not short-handed one of them should have been making the chicken like 15 minutes before you open and like I said it's not just one store it's every Chipotle I went to Lake Lansing road West Saginaw road both of them and then you get an attitude from the people because you expected stuff to be ready and it wasn't and they're snotty with you .well we're short-handed short-handed doesn't mean you don't know how to organize things you get the food cooking first that's the main thing and make sure the place is clean number two get there early you know you're going to be short-handed if you don't start calling some people maybe somebody would like to pick up some hours if you don't know how to manage the stores and don't be a manager I'm never going back to either of them because like I said I'm not the only one that feels this way!! Oh and not to mention every time they come up with a new product they put so much of the same spice on it and it ends up tasting like every other meat it's ridiculous!!!
How many goddamn times is the rice gunna be crunchy? Is there not a recipe? 21$ down the drain for the 3rd time in 6 months.

I went to this location a couple of days ago and I placed my order online from the parking lot. I waited the 15 minutes until the time it stated online that my food would be ready to pull around to the pick up window. There was a car infront of me that I waited behind for over 10 minutes. This irritated me because this is just a pick up window that you pull up to and get your food that you already ordered prior to driving up to this window. When I finally made it to the window, I waited a few more minutes before an employee came to the window. I told him my name and he proceeded to tell me they didn't have the hard shells for the tacos I ordered. After waiting all that time and then getting told they didn't even have something I ordered once I was at the window I told him to cancel my order and refund my money. The employee told me I would have to go online and request a refund since I placed my order online. There was no number to call for customer service so I ended up chatting with Chipotles customer service automated assistant Penny. After jumping through hoops to chat with a real person I was connected to Karen. After Karen asked me a few questions and I answered them, out of nowhere I was back chatting with the automated assistant Penny. Penny told me I received my food, which wasn't true, and that it was too late to get a refund and then told me goodbye. I initiated another chat, jumped through the hoops with Penny again to chat with a real person again and finally this person told me they would refund me. From the time I placed my order to the time I got a refund was over a hour! I wasted over a hour with Chipotle and never even received any food. Needless to say, I am team Qdoba from now on, I am done with Chipotle.

Almost every time I go here, they are out of so many things, and they never have enough workers. So you stand in line for 15 minutes only to find out they don't have half of the things you want.
They keep getting my order wrong by leaving out parts. Forgot my order of chips/queso, forgot to put the SALAD in my SALAD bowl, forgot forgot forgot. I dont live close so if I'm home, I'm not driving back out. Even checked last time before pulling off and it was still wrong- guess I have to check layer by layer to make sure my order is right. I won't be returning. It's fast food. Why is this hard. Especially when u put a sticker of the exact order on the meal and the bag.

I've been here multiple times and this particular location has many issues. The staff is very rude and inexperienced. It's also rare that all of the options are available and usually they are out of a lot of items. Rice has been overcooked multiple times. I would not come here if it wasn't the closest location to me. I would not recommend this location if you can help it.

Steak is always way over cooked & tough. So tired of giving it another chance. Just chew & chew every single piece and spit into a pile of mush in a napkin. Unedible & expensive. I've had the same thing multiple times with the chicken too and so much grizzle.
