New set up. There is a obstacle course now. It is extra. Good price. Option to pay by the hour instead of per game.

Kids love the place, cheaper than when i was growing up, and food is actually good now

We purchased the family pass and it's been great to go and have dinner at a discount and play games the staff was friendly and the food was good. We all had fun we are glad we did the pass!

Lots of fun until we got to the prize counter at the end of our visit. The girl helping us was extremely rude. We were there for five seconds and she walked away and made a snarky remark to her coworker like we were an inconvenience and the coworker laughed. Asked one question about our point cards and we weren't helped. Wanted to bring my kids back to do their birthday parties but definitely won't be doing that now. Disgusted at how my family was treated.

Clean environment and food was pretty ok. Lil bit pricey but it’s for the kids.

The staff here has always been kind and accommodating to our family. Granted, we go there a lot but they also have had quite the change in staff but everyone we've come across is always been so kind and great with families.

If there were a way to give zero stars, Chuck E. Cheese would earn it with ease. This place somehow manages to fail at both being a restaurant and a children’s entertainment center. The food tastes like it was made by someone who gave up halfway through life, and the games seem designed more to eat your tokens than to actually work. Sticky floors, broken machines, and chaos everywhere it’s a perfect storm of noise and disappointment.

But what really pushes this place to the bottom is how terribly they treat their employees. You can tell the moment you walk in exhausted staff running around understaffed, ignored by management, and clearly unappreciated. It’s painful to watch people work that hard for so little support. Chuck E. Cheese might pretend to be a “fun family environment,” but behind the flashing lights is a corporate machine that squeezes every bit of energy out of its workers.

If you actually care about your kids or basic human decency, do yourself a favor: go anywhere else.

Great place to see children have fun.

They turn your game card off 15mins early. Workers are not helpful…

We were here 9/11/25 for our great-great niece's 7th Birthday 🎂. It was a blast!! Food was very good. The staff were very helpful. The arcade had lots of fun games & each game was only 1 ticket 🎟. Thank you!!

I would say this place has gone downhill alot , highly dissapointed . Took my niece in and the prices were extremely high for food beverages and not very good tasting , second the games half were not working properly and they charge alot for tokens and game time to only win the 100 tickets for a bonus on each game so children can not even really get a good prize at the end second lol they have a tiny sqaure trampoline and charge 12$ a child and i feel thats super overated and should be included with entry and purchase and last but not least the games did not work properly this place has gone downhill and my suggestion is some good changes to the atmosphere and pricing and better games and more tickets to win on games this place wont be around much longer i guarantee

Had a birthday party for a 6 yr old, awful experience and there was all of 10 people in the entire place all night long. They got the food order wrong and one pizza was burnt, our party passes didn’t work so we had to wait 20 min so they could fix them. Took my kids there in the 80’s when they first opened - this is nothing like it used to be.

Bad experience was there 10 min and right after we bought 40 bucks in gaming alone. They Lost power. It was off for about 30 minutes and since we live far away we decided to wait it out. Employees did not even apologize they didn't even try to accommodate us in any way very disappointing.
