They cleaned it up since I was here last but as normal there are things that don’t work. There is no one that was walking around checking. The pizza is pretty simple and the average level of food. I still wouldn’t run over to bring my daughter here too many times but it ok here and there. I was hoping that there bigakeover was more than a fancy dance floor but it seemed to only for the parties. I never saw it on in 1-1/2.Parking: Open strip mall lotKid-friendliness: It has games for the kids. Some new but half have been there a while.

Went at 11am. The 2 girls working just sat and laughed with each other the whole time. They were extremely loud and it was very unprofessional.

Came for my daughter 5th birthday. As soon as we walked in nothing but rudeness from the so called manger (Hannah) rolling her eyes while stamping are hands. Making remarks because we asked about the Wednesday deal. We played games for 2 hours. Go to cash out are tickets and once again manger Hannah has to make the situation horrible. Even her employees are scared to ask her for help!!! Lady was having some trouble with redeeming a ticket coupon we had. (Feel horrible she had to work in an environment like that) (You could tell she was terrified to ask Hannah for help) there was 0 customers besides us for are full 2 hours of play. We had enough points for some of the bigger prizes. Once again the lady working had to asked Hannah the manger to get them... each time was more and more Rudeness and looks from her not only to us but also to her coworker. Fast forward she can't find the stamps on are hands to leave. More rudeness and eye rolling followed.....Now we understand why it was empty from 5pm -7pm! Not one other family or group came in during that time!!

Pretty disappointed with our visit today. Spent $175 just to be ripped off. The "E Tickets" we not up loading to the cards correctly. One game my kid and I won 500 tickets. We played many more games after that and before. At the end his card had 475 tickets on it. Made absolutely zero sense. My 3 older kids had 300 and less tickets when typically they have 1000 or more (each) at least after 60 minutes of play. Told 2 employees and they did absolutely nothing. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Next time I'll spend my hard earned money at Dave and Busters.
In full disbelief as to how rude the male manager was.The kids that work there can compose themselves, but he can't. I know it's not your dream job, but it's my kid's dream party.Maybe give management training to employees.

It's basically Chucky Cheese or Show Biz Pizza, minus the beer, animatronics, and low lighting. Expect high prices, bright lighting, and Kids Bop on the main screens.

Way too pricey! It was nice-and they did a great job. I was a guest at a party. If I was still a young mom- I could not afford to take my kids there!

My niece had her birthday party there today and the experience was awful. The manager guy, I think his name was Trayvon or something of that sort decided it was okay to bend down in the middle of her opening presents and have her mother walk away to pay. Mind you he said she didn’t have to pay til the end and we still had an hour left. On top of that he gave her the wrong bill and tried charging us 100 dollars more than the whole party was worth. Poor management in my eyes. He smelt like weed and cigarettes. The “server” did not give us any attention or information we needed throughout the whole birthday party. The pizza was dry and cold. The whole thing was just not a good experience and I wish this place was the way it use to be.
Good fun for toddlers!!!
