1 hour wait for my order of a hamburger and a hot dog. If that wasn't bad enough, my hamburger was done and sitting on the server counter for 15 minutes before my hot dog was done, guaranteeing a cold hamburger and cold french fry experience. Maybe this is the norm, but since it was my first time there, I also couldn't get this in time to feed my kid before his next game. Since I was at a lacrosse tournament in the fall, I can't imagine that this is the busiest tournament they have to deal with. Hope this isn't their norm, it seems like a great place and a welcome addition to a sports complex.

I ordered the tenderloin sliders, which i had a MASSIVE craving for. I arrived to pick up my order and unfortunately they were out of tenderloin and were not able to make my sliders :( I had a very pleasant encounter with the staff who offered me a new item on the house. I was very appreciative. Regardless whether you get the sliders, pulled pork, or another menu item, it will taste great.

Mavia and her team are simply the best! I co-hosted a baby shower at Cleats and Mavia was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. Our server Tessa was also great. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and even helped me decorate! The outside patio was perfect and we had a great time.
I will definitely be returning and would recommend Cleats to anyone. Thank you Mavia, Tessa and team!

Super super super unprofessional business. I emailed September 20th regarding a reservation for 20-25 people, I was informed the General Manager (Mavia) will be in contact. Was not contacted. (Red flag already)
I called September 27th and spoke with the general manager over the phone, and she assured me they were able to accommodate this party. Great!
I show up for my reservation and the employees had no idea regarding this reservation, left my whole party confused. He said we was able to accommodate, how ever, we would have been seated outside at separate tables (not fun) FURTHERMORE, he said if you want to order food or drinks we had to go up and order.
Is this a restaurant or concession stands?
Highly disappointed and will not be back.

We had a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a birthday party and when we arrived they told us they did not have us on the books. They then proceeded to tell us that we wouldn’t be served and would have to walk up to get our own food. Dont recommend for events

We had my daughters bridal shower here. Mavia was wonderful to work with and has great suggestions. The food was good and they were very accommodating and helpful the day of.

Went here for a friend’s birthday dinner and had a phenomenal experience. The food was great, especially the fries, and the environment was beautiful. A great place to enjoy the outdoors and catch up with friends. The owner was wonderful to chat with and clearly loves what she does! Every employee was kind :) Will definitely be returning!

My friends and I were getting drinks before a IM soccer game and my friend got a green tea shot. $10 ok fine whatever i guess but we watched the bartender spill some out of it and top it off with water from the fountain machine while they all laughed about it like we weren’t watching the whole thing. and then they all proceeded to scurry into the back. honestly it was wild and completely unprofessional (not to mention illegal)
