Favorite pizza place! The staff always greets me with a smile and are very friendly. Large variety on the menu and priced right. Highly recommend!

If i could put 0 stars i would, came in was refused service even though the doors were unlocked, workers were loud, rowdy & could smell alcohol from all 3 workers breath. Very rude, would not recommend this location.

This place is always slow, took 10 minutes to get to the restaurant and then was told it would be 30 minutes longer after placing order 30 minutes prior. No communication from employees just overhearing them talk to each other. Very unprofessional

Told em I'm allergic to onions,they repeated my order back to me. Then fill the sub with onions. NOT HAPPY

I think any business model that depends on hired staff to subsidize and sustain their business is a bad business. Additionally offering less than minimum wage for that position appalling. Based on that alone I'm not going to be a returning customer.

I love ordering cottage inn, it's my favorite pizza in the city, and in my opinion, they have the best deep dish pizza in the entire state! I'll continue to order from this location specifically as they always bring my order still piping hot and faster than the estimated times (:

Huge thank you to Shelby!!! Her random act of kindness came on a day I needed it most. This is my go-to for a quick lunch on busy days and the service and pizza slice is ALWAYS spot on.

They have really good pizza at reasonable prices.

Edit: just ordered a "family sized" lasagna dinner advertised for a family of four. That is not the case at all. Same regular lasagna portion, combined with a small salad, and breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks.

It's the lasagna and salad that are the misrepresented portions. I actually apologized to my fiance for having ordered it, since she still had to make an additional order from another restaurant for our two children. Deceptive marketing is a disgraceful buisness practice, please reconsider how you present this as a family meal for four.

The people here are always good to me! Super friendly, even when they’re slammed. I order gf+vegan pizza and they’ve never once messed it up.

3 stars for lunch slices. Lunch is hit or miss. Have had great slices and have had slices that tasted an hour old.

$23.81 for 1/2 sandwich 1 cookie and a 2 liter??? Give me a break!!! Was expecting a full sandwich when I opened the box just to discover a1/2 sandwich and a little container of runny ranch!!! 1 and done for me.

We ordered a pizza at 12:00 we only ordered a pepperoni pizza it's 1:05 now we called them back to see what's going on with our pizza and they said okay sorry when we said our pizza is not here yet and we ordered it an hour ago and they hung up on us and will not respond very pissed with the customer service

Usually great service and phone etiquette, this evening, ordered a large pizza, $27 including tip. Opened the box to indulge, the slices were ALL WHACKED, very small and HUGE slices wth! Called to inform the manager, just to communicate the issue, not wanting any resolution, but let the person aware...(if I had ordered for a group of guests, choosing this location for delivery, embarrassing)....he claims to the manager (joe...you suck) no nothing for personality or remorse, you need customer support classes, seriously! No compassion or value to your customers ordering from this location! Calling YOUR corporate tomorrow for your lack!! Educate your professional mentality it helps.
