Super busy on a Friday night, but still got my order perfect! Amazing location and staff at this Cottage Inn Pizza 🍕

I have enjoyed Cottage Inn for a while but I’m leaving this review because of a technical glitch that turned out well in the end because of a specific employee. I ordered late, right before the end of daylight savings. My pizza was taking forever and it had never been late before. I called and Jennifer answered. She was very respectful and explained the time change messed up their orders and my pizza was on the way. She assured me it would be warm. Within 10 mins Jennifer arrived with my pizza that was still hot. I recognized Jennifer as she had delivered many times before and was always prompt and friendly. She even complemented my Christmas decor last year, which meant a lot because my boyfriend and I spent a lot of time on it. She apologized again for the computer glitch and I thanked her for not forgetting my order. The end.

The pizza is always amazing but they’re always forgetting something when it comes to my online orders. The young man who delivered my order tonight was gracious enough to go back and bring me back my missing items. Shout out to him! I appreciate the excellent customer service

Favorite pizza place! The staff always greets me with a smile and are very friendly. Large variety on the menu and priced right. Highly recommend!

I have a hard time ordering because I had a stroke and my brain is damaged but when I got there my order was perfect very impressed with the staff. polite and efficient and the restaurant was very clean highly

If i could put 0 stars i would, came in was refused service even though the doors were unlocked, workers were loud, rowdy & could smell alcohol from all 3 workers breath. Very rude, would not recommend this location.

This place is always slow, took 10 minutes to get to the restaurant and then was told it would be 30 minutes longer after placing order 30 minutes prior. No communication from employees just overhearing them talk to each other. Very unprofessional

Told em I'm allergic to onions,they repeated my order back to me. Then fill the sub with onions. NOT HAPPY

Not just great pizza but also amazing service. 5 stars

I think any business model that depends on hired staff to subsidize and sustain their business is a bad business. Additionally offering less than minimum wage for that position appalling. Based on that alone I'm not going to be a returning customer.

I love ordering cottage inn, it's my favorite pizza in the city, and in my opinion, they have the best deep dish pizza in the entire state! I'll continue to order from this location specifically as they always bring my order still piping hot and faster than the estimated times (:

Huge thank you to Shelby!!! Her random act of kindness came on a day I needed it most. This is my go-to for a quick lunch on busy days and the service and pizza slice is ALWAYS spot on.

They have really good pizza at reasonable prices.

Edit: just ordered a "family sized" lasagna dinner advertised for a family of four. That is not the case at all. Same regular lasagna portion, combined with a small salad, and breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks.

It's the lasagna and salad that are the misrepresented portions. I actually apologized to my fiance for having ordered it, since she still had to make an additional order from another restaurant for our two children. Deceptive marketing is a disgraceful buisness practice, please reconsider how you present this as a family meal for four.

The people here are always good to me! Super friendly, even when they’re slammed. I order gf+vegan pizza and they’ve never once messed it up.
