Very disappointed. Asked in multiple comment sections for them to keep the ranch cold and not with the hot pizza. Even tipped heavy thinking it would help. Nope, hot disgusting ranch was delivered. Who likes hot ranch??Maybe worse than that was the doughy, uncooked bread sticks we received. So gross!!First and last time ordering from here.

We ordered subs at 6:22 pm we got email confirmation that the order would be delivered at 7:07 pm. We called back at 7:45 and were told the order should be delivered in 15 more minutes. At 820pm the order was still not delivered so we called & cancelled the order and were told it would take up to 3 days for my card to be refunded. This location has been steady declining for several months but this is the last straw for us and we will not be ordering from the location again.

This place sometimes turns into a club outside. If you're just trying to grab food, get there before dark. Either way, you'll be waiting a long time. Lansing is just not the place to eat.

Ordered several pizzas, breadsticks and a salad for a group I had at the children's science museum a couple blocks away. I put in the delivery instructions to come to the entrance in the parking lot and was waiting to grab it from them. They didn't do that, but on the plus side they brought it in a different entrance and found my group up on the 2nd floor. Pizza was pretty good. The breadstick orders were more than I expected. Only downside was the salad was pretty small for the price.

Great food. However, my last 3 orders had half of my toppings. Does cottage inn have something against pineapple AND pepperoni together? lol. I also tip well for an order that I pickup in hopes that I will receive adequate service. Disappointed lately.

To start off cottage inn used to be a very good gourmet pizza. Now the last 2 pizzas I ordered was absolutely awful. Save your hard earned money if you want gourmet pizza this isn't the place however if u want a cheaply made pizza with a gourmet price this is the place for you.
