Cottage Inn Pizza West Lansing

I didn't eat there, but the driver in the burgundy/purplish car needs to chill. He's tail gated me several times, and just now he blew through a red light that wasn't even close to yellow. You're delivering pizza bro, it's not that time sensitive. I gave five stars because your food is great whenever I eat it.

Food is always delicious. Pizza, subs, salads. I've never had a bad experience with this place and I order almost every Friday or Saturday.

I'm constantly have to wait for food it's never ready at the scheduled pickup time it's always late

Was accused of stealing an order we ordered ahead for and instead of asking us to pay they blamed us for the employees mistake immediately

I think Cottage Inn Pizza has some of the best local pizza on the west side of lansing.

I placed an order at 1230 and was told the order wouldn’t be ready until 1:21 am. I called to confirm that they will still be open to grab the pizza and to see if it would be ready sooner and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and responded with “we close in 5 mins hope you can get here” and hung up on me. I then tried to call back and was hung up on every time. They threw my food away and got into huge argument over the phone. While I was standing outside the door I watch him make his own pizza after I arrived before 1 to get my food but they had already locked the door and were ignoring the phone.

I would give them five stars if they would clean the restroom

We were looking late night for something and were very disappointed! I purchased a antipasto salad and wings. The wings weren't cooked all the way and were rubber! Would not recommend.

I’m not sure the lady‘s name who is always working when I go in, but I’m pretty sure she is the manager. VERY RUDE.

After a Memorial Mass, relatives and friends assembled at one of the family members’ home. Time flew by quickly, and soon, it was dinner time. They ordered a stack of various pizzas from this restaurant, which arrived piping hot. We are quite picky about pizza, so held back from taking a slice, however, soon, hunger got the best of us, and we helped ourselves to the all meat one. It looked like any regular pizza, yet was absolutely delicious. Since they had ordered so many, there was much left over. They packed some up for us to take back to the hotel, and three days later, we reheated it in the microwave. It was just as delicious as on that first day. Seriously, this was one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten.

Best franchise pizza option in Lansing. Wonderful variety and incentive to try it all thanks to plentiful special coupons. Hours of operation are as a pizza place should be (open late), not many places you can get food past 11pm since COVID. Easy to use online ordering and acceptable wait times on delivery orders. Like every other place play implemented delivery fees ala Hungry Howie's (burn in hell for that trend Howie) of which I'm sure the driver doesn't get enough of, but a new normal is what it is.
Most importantly the pizzas amazing. make sure you add flavored crust does this can make or break your pizza. You don't have to get double cheese as there's plenty. the barbecue pulled pork pizza with ranch either drizzled or on the side is an absolute must try. The Monday Tuesday four topping for $16 bucks picked up is a steal of a deal

Every time we have ordered a large quantity of pizza, it always arrives on time and piping hot. We usually get the same young lady as our delivery driver and she is so nice. She even calls to let me know she is on her way.

Ok pizza but in my opinion not worth the price.

On that Sunday, August 25, 2,024, after we had left that Sundance Riding Stables where most of us had rode on horses [Elmer being what as arraigned, I had rode on that afternoon,] or ponies there after morning worship service, my parents, 1st 2 of my 4 younger siblings, 1 sister-in-law, my parents' 2 teenage maternal grandchildren, 6 younger paternal grandchildren, & I had rested & eat breadsticks or pizza for dinner there at this Cottage Inn Gourmet Pizza for 1 & 1/2 hours that evening!
