I've been known to frequent fried chicken joints. I've never been to Crack Chicken. Ever seeking the best chicken at the best price I dropped into Crack Chicken this week.
First of all it's weird that there were several cars parked beside and behind the restaurant but I was the only customer. There were random people hanging out in front of the store but they weren't eating just sorry of loitering. Sorry for my paranoia but the scene didn't add up.
Inside i was confused by the layout. Is it a grocery store or a chicken joint? I guess both?
I was greeted by a nice enough woman behind a counter.
The menu on the wall was also confusing. I didn't see a meal deal or a box/bucket package. I'm fact I couldn't cipher out chicken. Forgive me if I'm dense but morning was making sense.
I could see cooked food inside the glass fronted counter but nothing showed, "Hey! I'm delicious fried chicken! Order me! Order me!".
Well, confused about everything, Ol' Mandolinman left without buying anything.
I see from other reviews people like this place. Perhaps I need to hire a guide.
Peace

This place will tell you your food will be ready in 15 minutes. You get there in 30 and they still make you wait 10 more minutes. Terrible for trying to get lunch of you are in a time limit.

Small place, nice and clean outside and inside. The portions are perfectly sized, and the pricing is cheap for the quality and quantity of food you get. I usually do the two strip meal which comes with Fry's, house made coleslaw, and two slices of bread for $8.00. You can add drinks and deserts if you'd like. The dessert selection is as big as the regular menu items. The lemon pound cake and cheesecake where phenomenal. The menus has cheese curds, and other deep fried foods that are delicious, I have had the cheese curds.
The seafood selection is also good with a variety of fish to choose from.
I strongly recommend crack chicken for anyone that loves fried foods.

Ordered 20 wing dings with heavy seasoning, some mac n cheese bites and a lemon bomb. It was quick, delish and a perfect dinner for two! I love this place!

I enjoy going to this place. I love the chicken sandwhich and the jumbo shrimp. Ive gone 3 times and each time it has been quality. I did consistently have to wait 10 minutes longer than the time they told me though. Will be going again

Fish sandwiches served with do it yourself cheap bread. Maybe that's normal for back in the Middle Earth.

The chicken wings are fine. They are dry, and medium-sized. I got heavy seasoning, but you could hardly taste it. Wasn't even salty. So a step down from Eastside Fish Fry's chicken wings, which seem the most comparable in style in the area.

I don't know what the deal is with their crack sauce either. It's chipotle mayo. Who dips deep fried wings in mayonnaise? They also included a vinegar hot sauce, like Frank's.

The bread they serve is also just a slice of cheap white bread from a store.

The food was outstanding. Had a 3 wing platter with fries. While I waited (the food was served fresh and hot). I perused the mini market they have, I bought pita bread and ate some with a prepared seafood salad they offered. Very good! Oddly they don't sell Hummus. From their wide pies and cakes I picked a very generous slice of pecan pie. Outstanding!!?. More of a carry out business than a dine in place, although the service was quite good.

Parking: Parking right outside, one disabled spot just by the door, but has about 15 spots all wheelchair accessible.

Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but as I said before it's not really set up for dine in. However my walker and I had no issues.
