Arrived at Cracker Barrell in Lansing, Michigan on Commercial Drive at 5:50 pm Saturday. March 1, 2025. They were not very busy. We were seated right away and ordered 5 minutes later. My husband ordered pancakes, hash browns and ham. I ordered two eggs and whole wheat toast. We were brought water. At 7:15 p.m. we walked out without eating. During our wait our server came over twice and stated not too much longer and a manager stated the same thing. The third time our server stated that the kitchen didn’t have our order and she claimed she asked the kitchen three times about it. My husband stated to our server that our orders were simple ones. As we were leaving my husband stated to me if we come back tomorrow morning maybe our order will be ready. He was not kidding. Will not go there again. Terrible service.

We waited 1 hour and 2 mins to get out food, the fries were not cooked all the way and the chicken was super thin and barely breaded.

We took our visiting nephew out. We were sat quickly. Considering how busy it was, our drinks and dinner didn't take long. Everything was cooked and delivered correctly. Our server did great. The food was delicious.

Took nearly 45 minutes from ordering to get food for our party of 4. Our waitress never came by to check in or refill drinks and my son had to eat his applesauce with a fork.

I purchased a take out order for corn muffins. I returned them, they were under cooked and not good at all!! When I returned them, I was advised that the mix was not the original one I was used to purchasing. I hope Cracker Barrel goes back to the original mix.

I went at dinner time. My food was good. Fork was dirty, so many screaming children and kids running around. Workers were sitting at a table eating and talking. My waitress, Kaitlyn, was very unprofessional. She audibly laughed when taking our order because of child’s outburst (pretty sure he was autistic). When the children started screaming she said “that’s my birth control for the day” and laughed again.
