The lobby felt like it was 90 degrees. The crab Rangoon was tasteless even with the sweet sauce. An overload of fries. The shrimp was overcooked and didn’t have seafood sauce which probably would have made it taste better.

I would give no stars if possible! I ordered 100 dollars of food and to have it delivered! Ordered steak and onion and got a plate full of green peppers and onions and in order to get a new plate or refund I have to drive it to them. Lady was absolutely rude to deal with!
I have only ever ordered delivery from crazy crab through Grubhub. I really love the mongolian chicken mei fun. It tastes great, and it's a wonderful deal. Lots of food for the money. I started ordering from them in late may. Since then, I have placed five orders total. Of the last 3 they have canceled 2 of them, tonight included. Both times the restaurant was noted as open by grubhub and both times they were slow to cancel. This time they waited 25 minutes (delivery time eta was 35 to 50 min). AFTER they said they were making my food, AFTER the driver was there. Then they decided they were closed and not accepting any more orders and canceled mine. This is bs, they should not be accepting orders when they are closed. They should not be canceling orders that were placed while they were still open because they have decided they don't want to accept any more orders. If they need to cancel orders, they need to do it more swiftly. This is the second time they have screwed me out of food. Dining out isn't always a luxury. Sometimes people like me have health limitations and need to get food outside the home at times because we're unable to prepare our own. Add in allergies and there's even more obstacles. This is one of the few places I can get food from outside the home. Do better. I don't want to remove this from my acceptable foods location, but if this happens again, I will.
Dietary restrictions: Mei fun noodles are gluten-free but they may use soy sauce.

This has always been my favorite but had second thoughts after receiving my order. They changed the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken. It's horrible and is not a favorite choice anymore. I do not recommend it. Oder a different item.

I ordered an order of shrimp fried rice (with yellow rice for myself, and I ordered a honey chicken for my husband. When we started eating, there was only a combo meal with yellow rice and NO shrimp. The honey chicken looked and tasted like sweet and sour chicken. We will not be back!

Very disappointed, this is the second time I ordered a crab broil and was unhappy with it. Last time my crab was rubbery and made me sick for a day. Not sure what that was about, but this time the crab was good it was just the sauce. It's not the same at all. I like mine with a kick so I normally get all seasoning and mild, this time it was extremely sweet. Which was hard because I honestly hate sweet sauce. So that really sucked I hate leaving bad reviews, I never do that, but this is the second time in a roll. It's not like what it was when they first came out. I don't know what you are doing differently but please bring back the original sauce. Not sure if I will order from them again.
