Ordered through the app. They sent the wrong cookies. The box had my name on it but staff blamed the driver. I tried to get a refund. They told me to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash, DoorDash said I need to call the store back. The manager was rude and tried to hide behind a fake smile. I tried to off a suggestion as to ask people if it was order on their app or DoorDash. She said yeah um ok, and hung up.
Very nice location and close to many west Lansing restaurants and shops. Two of the floors were under construction at the time of visit.
The cookies were very good. And the workers was so friendly and kind too
