We came for take out on 6/9/25 The original order came out incorrect as we waited in the takeout line. I went back inside to let the staff know, and they went to the manager to show him What was wrong. Ali was The manager on duty and was very apologetic and made it right immediately. I appreciate his diligence and his willingness to make sure that the customer was happy and I left very satisfied. I felt Ali cared that I was satisfied and made sure I would want to return, and we will. Bob and Jennelle.

Had to remind them we needed our 3rd drink, my burger was suppose to have everything on it & it only had ketchup and our custard was maybe half full at max (see picture how low the custard line is).

Don't bother ordering ahead- they won't have the food ready. Got there at set time and waited 10 min in car- they never brought my order! Had to go in to get it myself and it wasn't complete! Waste of time!!

The service at Culver's was professional, friendly and fresh. Oh ! ! the Burgers are worth the wait 😁
I used to like Culver’s but after the last several orders I’ve had I probably won’t go here ever again. The last several burgers I have gotten have been horrible!! One was super salty and so thin it had holes, another one wasn’t cooked long enough, one was burnt to a crisp and the last few the patties were so small and thin there were holes in them. I sent an email explaining one order and no one ever got back with me so obviously they don’t care so I decided to share on here to make them aware and to warn others of the crappy burgers they have now. So sad this place is not as good as it used to be.
Went here 3 times and they do NOT. LISTEN. TO. ORDERS. They also serve half cooked beef and potentially pose a health hazard in the sake of getting patties out fast. They stare at you like deer in headlights as you explain basic errors and inability to listen to requests and specifics about an order. This place is a travesty and a joke compared to In N Out and 5 Guys. Do not eat at this establishment.

Never again. Wait time here is always crazy. So I did a Curbside order thinking that would get me out quicker. Nope. 25 minutes after “checking in”, no one. Called the store. Said they’d send someone out. After 40 minutes. Left.
