Found a hair in the meat of the burger. And when i tried to tell them they did not day anything or apologize or seem to be surprised. They just said we can’t give a refund and gave me another burger. Like do you think i’ll eat the second burger of the first was disgusting?????!!!! So rude. They used to have a better team now they look like they’re all out of it, barely want to do their jobs. Like at least apologize and do a good job at customer service (basic requirements for a job like this).

A group of friends and I went over to eat at Culvers. The lady who took our order inside was very rude and disrespectful. The manager was the same exact way when this was brought to his attention. He used profanity towards us as well.There’s also another worker who apparently can’t even speak. The food was terribly prepped and we had incorrect and missing items. I would not recommend coming here.
The workers attitudes are not up to par with other Culver's restaurants. The workers were not enthusiastic at all and just sat in the front talking to each other ignoring customers. The food was good though.

If i could rate this store a negative rating i would. The only way to make sure if your food is going to be correct or your going to get what you asked for is dining in, and that’s only because you can still go up front to request items. I was short of on time for lunch so i went through the drive through and for a chicken cashew salad, only to come back to my office and have no dressing. I had to drive back and ask for my dressing, asked both managers on the floor if i could have my salad be remade since it has been sitting now for a while. Only for both of them to deny my request and expect me to go back to my job, pick up the salad and bring it back to be remade. Mind you, this mistake was on them, the least they could have done was apologized for not getting it right the first time. Which did not happen, avoid this store at all cost. I never have this issue at other Culver’s stores, please train your staff better.
