The poor rating is due to the drive thru lane. Once you pull in you can't leave until you get thru the lot. If you don't pull forward and block the parking lot some jerk pulls in front of your car and cuts the line. Then you honk over and over again and they don't back out... So you park, go in and order your food to go, leave and laugh at the fool who cut you in line and is still awaiting their food. You also think about, but don't actually do, slashing their tires.

Employee with mask needs customer service training. Also, please tell employees to bring a straw over for milkshakes and drinks. No sense in bringing a milkshake out to a table with no straw. Common sense stuff but have received drinks without straws from same employee many times.

The cod dinner on the menu was $18. Lady tried to charge me $22 for just the fish. So I took the meal to save money. Fish was greasy and disgusting. Incredibly overpriced. This is fast food not a steakhouse!
Accidentally ordered the wrong shake online and I called to fix it and the lady was soo nice and helpful.☺️

Culver’s is the closest fast food to home cooking. I come here once in a while during my school year. The staff are always kind, and the chicken is real chicken! And the custard is better than any ice cream.

I also let them know a women had her lap dog in the restaurant three times, guess it is okay to break health code.
