OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE!!! Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm and literally the line was wrapped around the building! Didn’t even sit in line for ten mins TOTAL. Food was hot and service is fast! I’ve never seen this kind of speed out of ANY fast food drive thru!

A month ago, I was hoping to have a great experience with this restaurant establishment. However, what I received was just the exact opposite. My order was wrong, my family checked it 3 times, we returned to the front counter and instead of replacing our meal, my family and I, we were told that there was no more chicken sandwiches available, no we couldn't have a replacement meal because our meal by this time was cold. A refund was given, no apology, not even have a nice day! What the staff didn't know was that i witnessed a couple of minutes later a chicken sandwich was sold to a white customer. Did we not get our food properly like everyone else because we are an interracial family?
I will not return to Culver's! They will never receive our business again and if I can help it, my family and friends as well.

Service and food is topnotch -- BUT three times now their "Flavor of the Day" hasn't been what was listed on the online schedule. Not a deal-breaker but seriously disappointing when one waits and waits and waits for Dark Chocolate Decadence (with or without toffee or devils food cake!) to show up on the advertised rotation only to discover some other flavor is actually being featured that day. Don't think I've ever caught it at this location! ...Check your ad, guys!!!!!!!
