Accidentally ordered to the wrong Domino's and so I tried to call them to let them know I was on my way and not actually at the store. I was able to drive all the way across town 10 minute drive while waiting on hold . I ended up getting to the store collecting all of my items without ever being off hold to order. Absolutely ridiculous. I will absolutely make sure that I never ordered from this specific store again. The store off of Waverly is the only one worth its merit.

Ordered online, waited until 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be delivered and called them, stayed on the line for 11 minutes listening to the automated message and never got an answer.

Placed an order for 2 pizzas and waited almost 2 hours then when I call them they act like they can’t answer the phone annoying please don’t order from here order from any other dominos but not this one plus not to mention how unprofessional they are????

This is the worst experience I have ever had involving dominos piza. They delivered the wrong food. I was yelled at and mistreated over the phone.

Tried calling all day Friday, never got a person on the phone. Called E Lansing store to test whether or not this was a corporate issue, trying to push customers online and away from calling. Nope, EL answered within ten seconds.So I took my party order elsewhere.
