Big management failure at this location. Ordered delivery; we're less than 1/2 mile from the store. Estimate was 40-50 minutes. It took over two hours to be delivered. Wife called the store to check on the order status around the hour mark and was told they had a single driver running back and forth, and that - despite having been done for 45 minutes at this point - our pizza was still at the store. If you're that backed up, clearly you have a backlog of orders, so wouldn't it make more sense to pack the guy's car with all of the outstanding deliveries instead of just letting them sit at the store and having him run back and forth? As midnight passed, I checked online - still able to place another order for delivery. So, delivery is taking two hours and you haven't turned off online delivery orders after midnight when you close at 1 AM? That's going to guarantee some customers are even more upset. Delivery driver - when he finally showed up - was nice and apologetic and explained that the other two drivers had called out and that he was alone for deliveries that evening. Fair enough - definitely not his fault, and I feel back for the harsher words he certainly heard this evening from others. Food was completely cold - definitely not food safe; never stood a chance. This was a total failure of management. Turn off delivery ordering if you're that backed up. Better yet, if you have 2/3 of your drivers call out, then the manager needs to buckle up and clock some windshield time delivering themselves. Avoid this location at all costs.

Bonus cherry on top: What in the world is that cut job on the pizza? I can't even...

First time ever, very slow prep. Didn't go in the oven till long after the promise time. I think the help was Kate coming on board. Disappointed. Always had it waiting on time. 😠

40 minutes of waiting for a simple order and eventually just left. 20 minutes of waiting on the phone without a single answer and eventually just hung up. $50 for pizza and there’s exactly zero things in my hands. Seriously? Filing a chargeback because I can’t even get ahold of them to get an answer. This is absurd.

My order was wrong. Not even what I ordered and it is dry. I ordered a feta cheese thin crust pizza adding chicken and tomatoes it arrives with black olives chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms and dry, where is the Alfredo sauce? I ordered 2 pizzas like that and both showed up like that. The dryness and black olives made it no longer appealing to me. I could deal with the mushrooms.

Messed up on the order the chicken wings I ordered wasn’t done. Never let me know if my order was ready or not as a customer. I’m very disappointed.

Ordered 3 pizzas that day. One was made wrong, they forgot the mushrooms. Only requested 3 toppings, mushrooms on whole pizza and then both half's had two different items. Didn't realize it until we drove home, 30 minutes away with a 4 year old and a 7 year old. I had trouble ordering on my app. My son ended up doing the order using his email so I couldn't see any order to look up whose error it was. My son thought he had added the mushrooms but figured due to the technical difficulty maybe not. It wasn't until the next day I found a
paper receipt and the first item was mushrooms all. So my son had ordered and paid for but did not receive 😒

Atmosphere was pleasant and clean. The service was fabulous…fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was served fresh and delicious. The take out dining experience was spot on! Great job!
