U call to place a order and they hang up on u every time horrible service

I ordered food at 10:30am and scheduled it to be delivered at 1130am for my lunch. They did not arrive until 1150 and I got a call saying they were confused on what door to go to at my building at 1150. I did not receive my food until 11:55 when my lunch was over. Such crappy service love dominos but im so disappointed in the service from this location.

My pizza was handed to me. After the delivery driver left I opened the boxes to find dropped pizza after waiting an hour for it to get delivered. I'm guessing the delivery woman dropped it and waited until Dominos to close so she wouldn't have to re deliver. Paid $27 and didn't get anything edible.

It is a hit an miss if I get fresh food or not. I can buy a frozen pizza from the store and it tastes better

7:40pm Online order said foods ready.
but the order wasn’t actually ready when I got to the store.
8:14pm They handed me the pizza, it was ready. They said “Actually it’s been ready! It’s been in the heater the whole time!” I waited in the store over 30 minutes during this time.
lol don’t tell me that. Anyways the pizza was pretty good. 3 stars

Ordered two pizzas and wings, no extra cheese on either pizza and no extra sausage on another. Wings looked like pigeon wings. 62$ not worth it, will not order from here ever again

tried calling the store 5 TIMES FOR 25 MINUTES to correct a mistake in my order. No one answered. This is extremely frustrating, start answering the god damn phone.
I walked in and asked about my order that I called in. The lady looked so confused. She proceeded to tell me that an order was paid for at 6pm, mind you I ordered at 8:30. The order had the same first name as me. She told me she couldn’t find my order and that she didn’t know what to do. She said sometimes the customer service number sends the order to another location and she couldn’t check where my order was. This place was closer to me. I asked her to make me another and she said it would be 20 minutes. I said no thanks and I left. I’m not driving around finding my pizza order to get a cold pizza. I haven’t ordered a pizza in years and wanted a small pizza to have ready.
Whoever the lady manager is that's working at this very minute she's very rude disrespectful and she judges like she's prejudiced y'all need to get better workers or find someone that actually wants to work at Domino's and is kind and respectful to your guys's customers I wish it was higher up where I can complain even more

This location never can never deliver a hot pizza and I only live around the corner! The manager Todd is clueless to understanding customer service and is more like a babysitter to the staff. Why do I keep ordering from them?, I guess I'm hoping for change...
This Domino's is consistently the most reliable place I have ever ordered pizza. Food is hot delicious and FAST... I have received food that was too hot to eat! Thanks to this AMAZING team!
I order a Philly cheese pizza didn’t get it at all
Two hours for 1 pizza every other time we order is insane... just to watch the pizza tracker say the driver is right around the corner for a solid hour not moving. So you call the store which is only 5mins up the street and get nothing but attitude from that dude as he puts you on hold to kick his driver's ass in gear. At that point I'm good, cancel my order. Trash. Domino's is trash. Their service is trash. Irredeemable trash slinging moderately passable pizzas depending on their mood on any given day.
Ordered a half cheese, half meat lovers pizza. Got all meat lovers. When we called we were told by the manager, Kelly, there was nothing they can do and she can’t stay on the phone with us all night. She said she made the pizza herself. We insisted we have a toddler who cannot eat meat but she hung up on us.
Please see the photo. The pizza that is missing is on the plate and you can see we had to pull off the meat. Clearly more than half the pizza is meat! The 4 slices missing had all meat!
