Food been out the oven for 40 min. I absolutely understand weather conditions so when I called I was respectful. I just needed to know about how much longer but let me tell you whoever the woman was that answered the phone was rude and short and it was someone in store! Not helpful at all! The attitude was not necessary at all!

Someone needs to fire Todd he is the most nasty miserable person you will ever meet. I went to the Waverly store to get my credit from a past order that was all burnt n dry all they did not have my credit added n I think oh good Todd is there he is the boss man right so he will handle it like a good boss should, mind you I order from here all the time I spend 46 dollars on crap of course I want my credit!! So he says u can have half ur order 2 pastas that's all you get accept it or get out I'm just like my God he is still as nasty as he always has been, it gives his store a bad name he is a horrible representation of a role model for his employees! It would be nice to get what you are owed like ur told not to have to stand there n be talked to like crap by the pizza natze cause he is having a bad night when will the higher ups raise their standards on the people they have running the store! Here I was going to get my credit just had surgery hoping to not cook and this is the treatment i get I'm sorry but it's disgusting to me n I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels this way, I feel sorry for that sad man! Well no more domino's from this store id rather drive to another one than deal with himđ

I ordered food at 10:30am and scheduled it to be delivered at 1130am for my lunch. They did not arrive until 1150 and I got a call saying they were confused on what door to go to at my building at 1150. I did not receive my food until 11:55 when my lunch was over. Such crappy service love dominos but im so disappointed in the service from this location.

My pizza was handed to me. After the delivery driver left I opened the boxes to find dropped pizza after waiting an hour for it to get delivered. I'm guessing the delivery woman dropped it and waited until Dominos to close so she wouldn't have to re deliver. Paid $27 and didn't get anything edible.

8:14pm They handed me the pizza, it was ready. They said âActually itâs been ready! Itâs been in the heater the whole time!â I waited in the store over 30 minutes during this time.

Iâve tried most of their Pizzas and have enjoyed them all.
Ordered two pizzas and wings, no extra cheese on either pizza and no extra sausage on another. Wings looked like pigeon wings. 62$ not worth it, will not order from here ever again

tried calling the store 5 TIMES FOR 25 MINUTES to correct a mistake in my order. No one answered. This is extremely frustrating, start answering the god damn phone.

I walked in and asked about my order that I called in. The lady looked so confused. She proceeded to tell me that an order was paid for at 6pm, mind you I ordered at 8:30. The order had the same first name as me. She told me she couldnât find my order and that she didnât know what to do. She said sometimes the customer service number sends the order to another location and she couldnât check where my order was. This place was closer to me. I asked her to make me another and she said it would be 20 minutes. I said no thanks and I left. Iâm not driving around finding my pizza order to get a cold pizza. I havenât ordered a pizza in years and wanted a small pizza to have ready.

Whoever the lady manager is that's working at this very minute she's very rude disrespectful and she judges like she's prejudiced y'all need to get better workers or find someone that actually wants to work at Domino's and is kind and respectful to your guys's customers I wish it was higher up where I can complain even more

This location never can never deliver a hot pizza and I only live around the corner! The manager Todd is clueless to understanding customer service and is more like a babysitter to the staff. Why do I keep ordering from them?, I guess I'm hoping for change...
