Sub par pizza. Thin crust was missing completely across three slices, just toppings laying on the bottom of the cardboard box. I like dominos pizza, but this is unacceptable. I called their shop and their reason was that it was thin crust and more than 3 toppings causes this. ??‍♂️

Our order was out for delivery. Driver drove right past our road and delivered pizza 10 minutes away. 25 to 30 minutes later our pizza arrived. It was still warm, but crust was soggy. Also, our dipping sauces weren't included. Called the store and as soon as they heard my complaint about soggy pizza and no dipping sauces I was put on hold with no notice and after 5 minutes I hung up. Not sure we will order from here again.

Food was good, fresh. Delivery was timely. I really liked the feta and spinach stuffed cheesy bread and their baked pastas. Only issue was that we didn't get the icing for our cinnamon bread twists and we didn't get the marinara sauce for our cheesy bread.

I had done a future order for this location 12/16 @ 7:45pm. It's supposed to arrive at that time. It was almost 830. I called and asked where it was and the shift manager was giving me excuses about got they are supposedly busy and that Imy order was on its way out. I didn't line the attitude he gave me so I asked to speak to the GM. who he smart Alec said that the gm would say the same thing. I've ordered from this location for over 6 years and never had an issue until now. Made a message to their complaint line and STILL the GM or DM had spoken to me about it

I don't know what happened here, but the quality of the food coming out of this particular Dominos has gone downhill. The crust is not right. The food has been burned, and yet arrives partly cold (don't think it's the driver for that). Last three orders have had plenty wrong with them. Not something a free pizza is going to fix for me at this point.Also, what the heck was up with this last cutting job?

Ordered for pickup, got the notification that the food was ready, went in and the food wasn't even put in the oven yet. Had to wait 10 minutes for my food to be cooked, then the breads weren't made. Had to wait another 10 minutes for those, all the time the employees didn't even box up my food, left it open on the table to cool off and sit in the air. Breads come out, they didn't make the specialty dip I ordered. Now have to wait another 10 minutes, 30 minutes total, since I was told my food was ready. Dip comes out, food is boxed but not in a warmer, just sitting on a counter. Another 10 minutes go by. It is now 7:42pm when my order was marked ready at 7:01, and I finally am able to pay for my food when they only hand me one of the breads. My other one? Disappeared I guess. How long until I get a replacement made? 15 more minutes, which would be over an hour since the food was "ready". I take the L, get home, only to find the pasta I got is someone else's order, completely wrong, the other pasta was cold to the point it came out in nearly one piece. Bread we did get was supposed to be 8piece twist but only had 6 pathetic tiny pieces, probably because the employees were throwing around the food touching everything with their hands, no hand washing in sight.I've been waiting over 2 hours told a manager would call me so fhe food can be remade, had to buy a pizza from Ol Reliable Little Ceasers so my kids could eat, seeing as it's now past their bedtime an I still haven't gotten a call back, let alone the food even remade or a refund. Very much seems like the manager has no accountability and doesn't want to own up to being responsible for the store and it's employees.I understand fast paced food service, I managed a pizza restaurant before. But if there's a mistake, you remake the food. If something is missing and someone's been waiting more than a half hour. You remake EVERYTHING so the customer has warm, good food to eat.Absolutely unacceptable, only buy food here if you want it made wrong, cold, and absolutely no chance of a refund, a remake, or a replacement at all.Oh and they hang up on customers calling. I got hung up on 4 times the first time I tried to call, and while I was waiting in restaurant, I watched the employees pick the phone up to just hang it up. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Alex is an idiot. I ordered a pizza that he delivered it to my neighbor. I was literally outside my apartment trying to get his attention. Then I called the shop, was told I'd get a refund and another pizza. 2nd pizza never arrived and neither did my refund.

Horrible customer service! Fat lady was mad that she had to work on the 4th. Was rude and mad she had to work. She has no idea how to cook a pizza yet she claims to go to college! Lol lol lolStay away! I am sure she has some personal issues going on and hates the life she has. Lol lol straight clown show at this location stay awayFat girl just called my phone unavailable .How funny

This place is always super quick and friendly, we use to go to little Cesar’s in Dewitt but they never have the pizza ready on time lately and always waiting. Dominos never disappoints.

Would've been more worth my money to have just gone to one farther away. Only about 2 slices even had bacon on them, in scant amounts. I ordered online and arrived a few minutes early..1 girl was on a personal call at the dough station, and the man handling the things coming out of the oven at some point boxed my pizza, and I continued to sit there until the girl reasked my name and brought me my things that had been boxed minutes earlier. Maybe d**** but put my garlic sauce on my box, while every other domino's I've been to bags it up for me. I seriously should've just gone down the road. This was a waste of my money and I regret bringing my family this for dinner. Thanks for putting your absolute best effort in ? what a waste.
