I’ll keep this short and sweet. On December 1st whoever was working @ 1:00-2:00 pm was rude and didn’t care for her hard money earning , wonderful costumers. She caught an attitude with me because my girlfriend called to ask her not to put onions on our pizza. My daughter is allergic to onions and she cannot be digest it or she’ll die. She caught an attitude on the phone with my girlfriend and then me when I went to the store. She also retaliated by not cutting the pizza in even fair portions. It’s 3 of us here and mind you 2 are adults. The store itself gets a C- because of her and she gets a F- because of her lousy attitude.
P.S don’t apply for a job if you look like you don’t want to be there or be rude to the costumers . Do better

I got the chicken Alfredo with spinach and sometimes I know they're stingy with the sauce but this was next level greed. There was a layer of cheese on the top and there was NOTHING under it, like, plain pasta. Very disappointing.

We picked up our pizza and found that one was very burnt in the middle. We called and they were very rude on the phone and didn’t help us make things right. Something like this always happens at this location and the people working there treat us absolutely terrible. Won’t be going back. Very disappointed.

I've always thought that Domino's held one of the top tier customer service experiences (with the franchise as a whole) until today , which I will be following up with corporate in regards to. Employers etc. must hold their staff accountable , they are a huge reflection on your establishment and make the difference in returning customer's ( which I no longer intend on being & more specifically at this location).

When you need 25 pizzas fast and cheap Domino's can't be beat. Personally I don't like their taste but none of my coworkers complained.

I ordered a pizza from this Domino’s store and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The pizza was overcooked, the crust was hard, and the amount of hot sauce used was way too much, completely ruining the flavor. To make matters worse, the jalapeños were burnt and had turned black.
After just one bite, I couldn’t continue eating—I immediately threw the pizza in the trash. I also called the store to report the issue, but the suggestions I received were unhelpful and not what I expected. The customer service was just as disappointing as the food.
If I had the option, I would give this a 0 or even a -1 rating. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously to avoid such experiences for other customers.
