This is the worst one in lansing honestly. Had the worst experience tonight. I understand fast service but not service so fast that you cant get the food that you ordered. As well as disrespectful management to handle the situation.

The store was INCREDIBLY busy tonight, clearly going through it, all the workers were going nonstop. Despite this, the young woman running the register was very professional and kind and my food looked and tasted AMAZING. They were not letting quality fall to the wayside, very impressed.

The pizza was pretty good once the order was corrected. We ordered several pizzas delivered, and had to call because two were incorrect. Basically the dietary restrictions we needed accommodated were ignored when we had placed an order over the phone. We had to call a couple of times to get the issue corrected.

Wish I could give zero stars!!Our order was delivered to the wrong house. After much back and forth, WE found it. The store manager told us we'd get a remake and then called us back to call us liars. His driver said she knocked on the door and delivered it to our house. Neither happened. It was delivered to the house across the street. We've never had an issue with dominos and order often. The manager did give us a refund after calling us liars. We will never order from dominos again. If this is how you allow your employees to treat people. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. Additionally the manager told me there was nothing he could do to help me and that the driver knocked but I must be deaf.
