I ordered a thin crust pineapple pizza and when I got there it had pepperoni on it. The guy apologized and said they would make me a new pizza. I waited and it came up ready pretty fast. When I got home I discovered that they had only thrown pineapple on it and warmed it up!Although they gave it to me free it was a terrible thing to do!

This is why I don't tip. I tipped the driver just to get brought one scoop of pasta and bread sticks I didn't ask for instead of the girl offering a refund and to show a picture of the food or bring the food back up and get the refund she argued about the measurements that they always make the food. I have a picture of my one scoop so evidently there was no measurement used and four bites my pasta was gone I have never had a little amount like this ever in my life from Domino's! They literally put one scoop in here and flattened it .

This establishment stands out as one of the most disappointing experiences. They take your money without providing the promised pizza. You end up paying for a product that was never delivered. It's advisable to avoid this particular store located at 5645 S Cedar St, Lansing, MI 48911, as they are unresponsive to your calls when your pizza doesn't arrive. Their customer service ranks as one of the poorest I've ever encountered. Additionally, I submitted three complaint forms, but nobody answered, further demonstrating their lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

don't know how to cook pizza and have zero customers service skills its bad when he says it took 2 hours for us to pick it up but they delivered it if your going to lie make sure you know what you're talking about. so you're shift manager needs to learn his job.

Yesterday I ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food that included a large pizza, a medium pizza, two salads and a variety of additional sauces. I picked this order up curbside. Upon arriving home the large pizza was perfect but the medium pepperoni pizza was SO burned that my two granddaughters (4 and 5) said it "wasn't" pepperoni and would not eat it. I called the store, told them the pizza was burned, explained my disappointment and said that I was driving there with the entire uneaten pizza to get a replacement. When I arriveded at the store, there was another customer in the store (seated) so I wanted to be discreet about returning the burnt pizza. Long story short. the "manager" yelled, was rude, and so unprofessional toward me, despite my kind behavior, that I got the distinct feeling that this young man was attempting to create some "social-media" worthy scene that he could record. Although the the truth is, the only person who anyone would see acting ridiculous on any camera, would be him. My daughter called after I left and went home, so upset and baffled by his unprofessional and ridiculous behavior. He then proceeded to yell at my daughter and claimed he recorded everything. We have contacted corporate and it is our hope that he did really record his obnoxious behavior. He needs to be reprimanded at the very least or fired (the better option) as I can't even begin to imagine that this person is respresenting the Dominio brand in a way that any professional business owner would expect. We have always been pleased with the product and service prior to this. It is unfortunate that if someone burns a pizza and the customer simply wants to exchange it that it is now, because of people like him, impossible to do so in a professional manner. Ironically this store in Ionia has a job posting for a General Manager right now and perhaps this is the reason this "manager" hasn't been trained well in customer service. Either way, I am looking forward to a play back of "his" recording and a resolution to his behavior for future customers.

This is the cheese bread I ordered this morning 6/13/23 at 10:30am I can’t eat this is nasty. I am pregnant I was craving for dominoes cheese bread. When I start eating this cheese bread it made me sick.

Worst service imaginable. Placed and ordered here which we had some issues with. Tried calling the store to get help with our concerns. Store clerk was rude, disruptive and argumentative. In the end they yelled at me over the phone before slamming the phone down. Nice to know that this is how Dominoes treats it’s supposedly “valued” customers. Definitely won’t be getting my business ever again.Reading some of the other reviews here and it seems like hanging up in peoples faces is repeat behavior at the store. Sad.
