It's Dunkin' What else can I say? The coffee is spectacular and their doughnuts are iconic. Definitely my favorite out of all the major brand coffee shops.

I usually love this Dunkin and it’s my go-to. On my soul don’t get the cookie butter latte. My boyfriend almost threw up and it tasted horrible. No offense to this Dunkin in particular but holy poop it was terrible. Boo 👎

I stopped by this Dunkin' recently and used the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The individual on the intercom sounded quite short and unwelcoming, which made for an uncomfortable ordering experience. We also discovered after driving away that we didn't receive our entire order. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I had a horrible experience at the west Lansing location one morning, leading me to go out of my way to this location. Everything was worth the drive. Everyone was very friendly, the place was clean and organized, and my order was incredibly fast. Nothing bad to say at all!

Walking inside this place can either go good or really suck. And normally I get some good service. But it seems like when they get busy, the women are just decentish at their jobs because it's too much panic, and the gentlemen are the only ones to hold their composure. I had so many women not only blattenty ignore me, but I watched as they fumbled like chickens with their heads cut off, and the guys were chill and helping. Too bad it's predominantly women in there. 🤣😭 If yall read this, you should definitely call out your orders and treat your inside people like they're people in front of you, definitely not a car to rush away. Not only good luck to them. But good luck to you fellows who have to work and put up with them. 😭🤣
