I should’ve checked reviews before going here they sold me a refresher that had sweet foam without a sip lid like cmon that’s the whole purpose of the drink. Trash service. Poor management.

If you're going to compete with 7 brew at least try to do a good job. My cold brew is not cold brew. It tastes like old used coffee grounds. Your hashbrowns are cold and soggy. You offer food and order ahead. 7brew doesn't. Do good work so people will come to you.

I have gone to both the drive thru and gone inside to this location multiple times, and each time the service and attitude are terrible. The drinks and food are great, however I walked in and was not even acknowledged or looked at until 2 minutes later when she came to take my order and just stared at me waiting for me to say something. They were not busy... there was one vehicle in the drive thru and just me inside. I understand online orders, but as someone who has worked customer service for many years their attitude is terrible. I recommend hiring people with better attitudes it would make a better atmosphere for the location. I did however have a positive experience with one lady that works the window!

This location is regularly out of food otherwise I might give it more than one star for the food. They have a couple breakfast deals but you can't ever get them because they are out of the food to make them. This has happened 5 times in a little over a month. The only reason I go to this location is because we got the coupon book for free donuts for a year. I never can get the kind I want because they are always out. If you like Dunkin but actually want to eat go to a different one. This one seems to be managed horribly.

The staff on duty tonight were quick to prepare my highly customized iced coffee. The gentlemen were courteous and provided excellent recommendations for flavoring.
Literally gets my order wrong ever. Single. Time. My order isn’t even special, and I come when nobody is there. Then acts shocked when I asked for it corrected.

Most worthless Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Took 15 mins to get a breakfast wrap and an iced coffee that was made as a hot coffee. After making the coffee wrong took another 5 mins to remake it.

I got a large Brown sugar shaken expresso. I get this drink everyday at other locations but the one on Cedar cost me a dollar more than all the other Dunkin Donuts do. When I ask the guy to make me a different one he told me he could not help me. I literally took 10 sips out of my cup and the drink was gone. All the other dunkin donuts in the Lansing area are great but this one deserves to go out of business. They're customer service sucks and they do not care about their customers at all all they think about is. Their pocket books they like to screw people out of money.

i cannot rule out for sure, but i'm 99% certain i got food poisoning from here today. to be clear i had ordered a wake up wrap (turkey sausage) and one of the bacon egg cheese sandwiches, along with a drink. i ate both (not fully but majority of both) and within the hour i start getting nauseous and cannot stop throwing up and having the common symptoms of FP. i am not sure if one of those products was the issue but i just will not be eating here. this was my first time here and i don't think i will willingly want to poison myself again; just not taking that chance.

Their service isn’t great, they don’t acknowledge you when you arrive to the ordering screen and they’re short in the way they speak to guests. They also turn you away during posted business hours stating they’re closed. This Dunkin is right by my house so I had high hopes for it as I always went to Dunkin when I lived in Texas, but this Dunkin is pretty disappointing.
