Y’all need to throw away the whole establishment and start over. Service is terrible and pretty much non existent. Every time I come to the dunking donuts my order is never correct and it always takes 10-15 mins to get my order when nobody is in the drive through line. The workers are lazy and don’t wanna do the Job they are paid to do.

Literally the west side dunkin almost lost my business forever. Drove past the south Lansing store decided why not try ONE LAST place out. And low and behold dunkin does hire some great employees. Will be coming back now thanks to the great customer service. Thank you Taylor!!

The entire team showed amazing customer service! They were extremely friendly and helpful! I will certainly be making a stop by here whenever I’m in Lansing! Espi, Sorriah, Kobe, and Devon are phenomenal and a huge asset to Dunkin! Keep up the great work!
