The customer service this morning was absolutely awful. I sat in the drivethru for about 10 minutes waiting to have my order taken and they never took my order, so I decided to walk in. When I walked in, they were extremely rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there at all. They had a conversation while I was waiting in line and took 5 minutes to take my order and they looked at my multiple times.

They get one extra star because the employees are friendly.

However, the food and drinks are frequent just awful.

So far have experienced in the past 3 visits -

Hot drink served luke-warm 2x.

That overcooked tiny amount of hash browns you see in the photo.

Sweet tea that's supposed to be extra sweet but instead tastes like ash.

Lemonade that's as bland as it can possibly get x2.

I have the feeling this place relies entirely on it's location so it just doesn't try very hard.

Came in for a dozen donuts.Selectiin was slim.I chose first 5 donuts that were the last of there kind and lady dropped the box on floor.Get home with donuts and theyre all stale probably from day before.Feel ripped off for paying full price for old donuts.I will go to another location even if farther.I never got donuts so stale from any other Dunkins

Literally the worse drink I've ever had. Ordered a hazelnut latte shoild be pretty simple right? Wrong! What i got was a hot cup of watered down folders with milk. That amd the guy working counter obviously had no clue what he was doing.

If I could give this a zero, I would and I was so excited to try this drink. I did really try to to like this drink, I even tried it a few times thinking it would taste better the next time, but nope, it is awful! It has a hint of coffee taste, but then a sour pungent taste overrides the coffee taste. It's something you could maybe drink after you have been drinking...a lot.
I feel like I wasted money on this and will never buy it again.

Ended up walking out. Place was a mess behind the counter. Stood in line for 10 minutes only to be to wait longer while they prioritized the drive thru. They looked short staffed.

It was very busy for a Friday morning however the employees had no sense of hustle. The staff walked around like no one was there. Did a mobile order ahead of time and still waited in the lobby for 25 minutes. I know they can only do so much when they are busy however it would have been nice to see a like more urgency in their movements.

Paris is AMAZING! She truly is the only reason I come to this location. When she is not there the place suffers. She’s polite she remembers you and above all she works hard!! She is always in there busting her butt and I hope management appreciates her as much as the customers do!!!

this location is hurting so bad. hiring rude girls who really don’t care about their job at all. i see 90% bad reviews about this location especially in the drive thru. nothing is done about it. i’ve called three time to ask if they are out of something they are consistently out of and i’ve gotten no answer. i understand you may be busy but i see multiple girls in there at a time and some just sit on their phone or talk to other coworkers instead of actually doing their jobs. dunkin’ do better!

I went in early in the am before work for a couple sides of hashbrowns and a coffee for my girlfriend. We placed our order in the app. We get there almost 10 mins later, the coffee had just finished up by one of the ladies in there. The other girl working was just at the drive thru having a conversation with someone they must have known at the window. They must've been having a good conversation for about 10 mins before I ever got my hashbrowns which at that point I already had the drink. I finally get my food from her because the girl making drinks apparently didn't know how to make the hashbrowns. I'm on my way to work and noticed I only got one side of hashbrowns instead of 2 and only got literally 6 pieces! I was already almost late and I've already had problems with this location. Now I'm writing a review.
