It's guaranteed every time you go to have a long wait. Today I waited at least 5 mins before being greeted at the speaker.

Last week I ended up driving off before ordering due to the wait times.

Ordered hot chocolate and was just hot water with a drink packet mixed in. Was expecting something more for the price. Service was ok. One person working drive threw and counter, working as fast as she could.

Understaffed, long waits, limited inventory. The only consistent thing about this location is the absurdly long wait times. Staff is working, they just don't have enough people. Great donuts when they have them. The drive thru line routinely dumps out onto the street with people constantly leaving the line because of the wait time. Expect to spend 20+ minutes for service anytime time of day, any day of the week. The menu signs are old, broken, and difficult to read through the faded and scratched plexiglass. If it's been raining it impossible because of all the moisture inside them. If corporate knew they would be disgusted. This location needs new or better ownership.

I have been here 3 times over the last month. Ordered ahead of time on the app and gave them extra time each time but the food is never ready. The second time I was here my order couldn't be found by them when I walked in until they checked the trash and there was my order receipt from the app..

It seems to me that they are understaffed and mismanaged. The food is good when you get it.

I will continue to go here for 2 reasons, it's the closest one and I have a good amount of promotion gift cards saved up. Once those gift cards are gone, so am I..

The absolute WORST experience. I ordered two donuts from the mobile app and it took over 15 minutes in line before I just drove away. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

the indian worker is the worse. He was mean with me and very rude.He even charged for water and whipped cream on the top.Also he doesn’t understand language made my coffee waste.I couldn’t drink it.I regret going there.Never go there..

Employee disrespectfully was confirming everything I was saying, repeating back to me what I said clearly with a big attitude. Not a good atmosphere to ever go through the drive through and get a coffee in the morning.

This is the avocado toast my wifey got today, literally 1/2 missing with a hole smack dab in the middle. Very hit and miss here as we've gotten orders and paid extra for bacon or egg and received neither. It's good in a pinch, but literally check your order like a hawk before leaving. I thought to donuts were the things with holes in them not the toast. Atrocious.

I visited this location today the black guy working in the drive thru was so rude to me. I told him I wanted less ice and he came back with the cup full of ice, and gave me attitude. He then made me a new drink that tasted like water and may have been spit in, but I can’t be sure so I did the safest thing and dumped it out. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

Came here 2 different times to pickup door dash orders and the service is terrible. I waited for over 10 minutes while other customers were helped promptly. I felt totally disrespected and ignored when I'm working helping out my community. I will never accept any order from this business.

I pulled up to the drive thru today, 7/13 around 4:20pm and sat there for 8 minutes without being greeted. I repeatedly yelled “Hello?” into the speaker. No response so I pulled around to the window. 2 minutes later the guy working opened the window and stared at me. No greeting. No “Hello”. No “How can I help you?” I asked if I could order a drink and he looked at me, rolled his eyes and said, “yes, you can order a drink”. I told him what I wanted and he says “we’re out of coffee milk”. Ummm
 ok. So rude. Won’t be going back there again.
