If I could put zero I would. Very bad customer service at the drive through. Very bad attitude from manager and girls working when We entered into the place to correct the wrong given order at the drive through. The best thing is that the others customers witnessed it. I always love Dunkin’ Donuts but specifically this place please be carefull going here. Very bad customer service. They need to know what they are doing. Terribleeeeee and if that is a manager of course staff acts with the same attitude. I don’t know who decide making that young girl a manager when she doesn’t have manners and doesn’t know how to deal with an unhappy customer because it was given the wrong order.

I stop in this morning to get coffee. Drive thru wasn’t busy. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar. Got to the pick up window and cashier proceeded to hand me an iced coffee. I was surprised but kindly told her I didn’t order an iced coffee (I actually do not like iced coffee, I’m old school). She belligerently said to me, “I heard you say iced coffee!” I told her “no, I actually don’t like iced coffee, I said ‘medium coffee.’”She retreats and sends someone else back to the window with my hot coffee, and no refund of the difference! I did not match her temper, and was so surprised that she was so belligerent with me, it really messed up my morning commute to work. That weighed heavy on my heart all day. Definitely staying away from that location. I’ll pay the up charge for Starbucks any day if it means better customer service especially starting the day off.

Went in with a few friends to get some coffee while on break. cashier was extremely rude and making a big deal out of things. she constantly rolled her eyes at us and complained very loudly for us all to hear. 0/10 would recommend and coffee was bad.

Waited 10 minutes and had to leave. Was told several times "we will be with you in a moment" only to see half a dozen drive thru orders get taken each time. I was there so long I heard the drive thru worker tell customers the espresso machine was broken so many times I could have had it fixed before I left. I was there so long I heard the other worker tell customers her entire life story through the takeout window. Never again.

Multiple things were out of stock, midday, but what was in was fairly good.
Stopped in for the first time and the cashier was extremely helpful and friendly. We told her it was our first time ordering from DD and we wanted a sugar free coffee. She told us our options and despite being extremely busy in the drive through she made our coffees very quick. It was the perfect treat for our road trip across the state. We got Sugar free vanilla lattes. Very fair prices for the delicious coffee!

Every time I come to this location they get my order wrong and have to remake it. Even after I make them repeat it back to me. I order a muffin, they give me a donut and charge me for both. This has happened the past 2 times and it’s sad because I really like their cookie butter cold foam. Guess I’ll just stick to Biggby.
