If I could give this place a 0 Star rating I would, some of worst breakfast food I've ever had tasted. The eggs were burnt, the French toast and chicken was burnt and cooked in very old grease. Those fake 5 star rating this place has Is a manipulation at its finest highly wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you like terrible food.

I tried Elsa's a little over 2 months ago and have been going back since. A little hole in the wall with amazing food around lansing. I work in Lansing and this is my go to spot for lunch. I am huge on breakfast so normally I get french toast sticks or the chicken and waffle sandwich. I haven't tried their lunch menu but I have no doubt it is phenominal. The owner, Nick, runs the place by himself and is always smiling and friendly. I love supporting small business especially when they have a better product or service than most. Elsa's is no exception. If you are in the area please go give them a try. You will thank me later.
