I'm giving five stars because I love the manicotti and the great flavor of the marinara and meat sauce. Their bread sticks are also very good. When I'm craving Italian food that's extra cheesy and saucy, this is where I go. The service has always been good. Ask for a quiet spot. Some customers can be noisy.

This place needs new employees and definitely has gone down hill with their pizza. $24 for a burnt pizza. Wife went for a pizza and got ignored by multiple waitresses. I always tip but not when you act like people don't exist. I will never go back or give them another dollar of my money. So many places to get good food/pizza in the area I will not deal with terrible customer service to eat food. Done.

I stopped in to Falsetta’s from out of town (NY). The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the Lansing area for 5 days, and ended up stopping back in daily to eat, and chat with the staff. Their suggestions of local spots to check out and visit while in town were spot on for what I was looking for. I did not know that Olive burgers were a thing, let alone a Michigan staple, and it is a must try! The cook even offered to make me one well after the kitchen had been closed. A very welcoming environment. If I’m back in the area I will most certainly be stopping back in.

It's a good family restaurant thats been in Lansing for decades. Known for their good Italian foods and pizzas. But they should not have changed their pizzas recipe, I don't believe them to be good as they used to be.
Ordered two Italian subs.....naively harkening back to the Casa Nova days on Logan. It pisses me off that they cash in on the Casa Nova name and serve this crap
