This Fiesta Chara is a little more cozy than the one over there in East Lansing when it comes to seating and atmosphere same style Aesthetics where the other places much more wide open, this one has more corridors and little drop levels and separate rooms it's pretty neat place. Also, it seems to me at the fiesta Chara locations they maintain from the best of my perception a Hispanic wait staff that mostly I'm assuming comes out of Mexico. Makes me feel better about the food I'm being served.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a pretty cool place. As I said above, no problem getting into the bar with the wheelchair in a couple of the other dining rooms, no problem. But as I said, there are some Step Up Rooms, some step-down rooms, so this particular restaurant, not all of it, is accessible to wheelchair! but the areas that are our service are the same as the areas that aren't accessible.
Really good service and atmosphere and food is delicious! Chalupa, enchilada, and quesadillas are all worth ordering.

Horribl food. Will never come back. Definitely not authentic and is appallingQueso Cheese was like water consistency but tasted good, nothing was even seasoned, food was cold, table booths too short for thick people, mozzarella stix weren't even melted, enchilada sauce tasted like pizza sauce, the drinks were good though ? was too expensive for the quality, also they forgot to put cheese sauce on my burrito when requested and did not put red sauce on the chimichangas like the menu states.

Food was disgusting at best. Taco salad had a hard shell, but was soggy from the beef. The salad had a small amount of shredded lettuce (think McDonald’s lettuce) and less than 1/4 TOTAL of cheese, sour cream and tomatoes. Beef was disgusting, very unappetizing. Save yourself the cash and go to Taco Bell. Chips were bland and tasteless Not worth the $13.
WOW what a burrito! Today I had the Burrito Preferido. It came with grilled steak and chicken on the inside with chrizo, shrimp and pineapple over cheese sauce on top. Yes you read that right! Full all day. I ordered mine with beans instead of rice. ¡Excellente’!

Taste, atmosphere, service... everything was perfect. It was the most delicious fajita I had had in a long time. The chips, salsa, and fresh guacamole were also really delicious. The margarita was also very good. The Spartan burrito was so big and had so many things in it that I couldn't eat it all at once. All the menu items we ordered were delicious and plentiful. I definitely want to go again.

Went here the other day and stood at the front desk waiting for a staff member to come and actually do their job; waited 5 minutes with multiple staff staring right at me, nothing... A Spanish speaking couple eventually walks in and a member of staff quickly comes over, LOOKS RIGHT THROUGH ME and takes them to be seated. He comes back, never even bothering to look at me, looks down at his paper while I'm telling him the name on my order and walks away. Another 5 minutes goes by and he never comes back. A second staff member comes up and asks me what I'm waiting for and I tell her the same thing I told the first guy. She leaves and never comes back. A third member of staff comes up and tells me they are "working on it". Very basic order, 30 minutes past promised by time when I got "working on it". I walked out and will never be walking back in!
