Got the Hook and Ladder to go, and it was delicious! The bread to inner ingredient ratio is perfect, and they put just enough mayo and deli mustard on it for you. Staff is friendly and attentive. My sub was perfect, wish I got a large instead of a medium. Will be back again soo for more!

This place is so dirty. The doors when you walk in look like they haven't been cleaned in months. The floors are unclean and even the staff look dirty and I feel bad saying that but the while place is just really really dirty. If I owned a restaurant I would be disgusted to see my place like this. Seems to me like there isn't anyone who cares about the reputation around here.

I stopped in here for a late lunch before attending a concert. Service was good and the sandwich was good. I ordered the Steak & Cheese, medium size. It was prepared well and the young man who helped me was courteous. Even for a medium, I did feel the portion size was on the small size. This is a short walk from Grewal Hall and a good place to eat before attending an event. One warning, there are many people in this area who will ask you for money. Not really a good area so...
