Standard practice when there's confusion about an order: check the receipt. If the guest has a receipt, TAKE CARE OF THE GUEST. Congrats, Firehouse. Your mismanagement at the front counter and inability to take care of guests who've clearly paid and brought the receipt has just cost you three long-time guests!

Food was excellent. Service was friendly. I was a little put out by the fact that they asked us to check our to-go order before we left just because we were getting food replaced from a previous mistake. Why bag it all and make us take it out and open it only to reseal it and re bag it?
