Food was excellent. Service was friendly. I was a little put out by the fact that they asked us to check our to-go order before we left just because we were getting food replaced from a previous mistake. Why bag it all and make us take it out and open it only to reseal it and re bag it?

Best BBQ smoked brisket sub i have EVER HAD! This will always be my favorite sub. I'm a sub snob and have lived all over the U.S. For a small chain, they have it figured out!

Tight little store. Has a few tables and is kept clean. They have the make any kind of pop machine and it is functional which is nice. What I love about this location and why I gave a five is that I didn't have to wait long to get my food and it was made perfectly to specs unlike other Firehouse locations I'd been to in Minnesota. Keep up the good work.

A clean restaurant with friendly staff serving delicious subs. I’ve tried both this location and the one in Downtown Lansing, and this place is hands down better in every aspect. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking right in front.

The first few times we've got subs they were amazing. We have always gone at dinner time. Yesterday, we ordered are usual subs for lunch to bring home. it was just threw together and omg the bottom of the buns were soaked. Soggy bread ?. Hook and Ladder and Engineer.
