Great restaurant with fast, friendly service! Flap Jack has been serving the greater Lansing area for years and their food is always hot, fresh and well prepared and is also very budget friendly! If you're looking for a nice family style restaurant, Flap Jack Shack is your new go to eatery!
Wonderful workers… IF ONLY MY FOOD DIDNT COME OUT WITH A DAMN BUG ON IT!!! Super kind workers… traded out my food for something better… PANCAKES!! My boy loves pancakes… extra for him since I’m on a diet!! 😏😂😂 ANYWHO People make mistakes just… try not to make that 1 again! Lol.
Overall a great experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, well lit, and, aesthetically pleasing. The wait staff was kind and attentive.
They had a large menu, with a great variety of breakfast and lunch offerings. I ordered a build your own omelette with sausage, mushrooms spinach, tomato, and, cheddar. The omelette was cooked well and tasted great.
