Been here a few times and everytime the food has been cooked differently, flat dry pancakes, grease all over the plate. They take greasy spoon to the next level. Some cooks wear gloves some don't, try at your own risk

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. I came with two friends, and after being seated, we placed our orders. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty — only about three other tables, all of which were already eating — it still took over 50 minutes for our food to arrive. That alone was ridiculous.
When my food finally came, I was shocked. I had ordered a sirloin steak, but what I got instead was a cold, unseasoned burger patty. And get this — the server even admitted it was burger meat and said that’s just what they use. That’s completely unacceptable. If it’s not steak, don’t call it steak. I felt misled and ripped off.
To make matters worse, the server brought me hash browns instead of fries, and when I asked for the correct item, she came back and literally dropped a basket of fries on the table, saying, “Good thing we had some sitting on the counter!” The fries were cold, soggy, and clearly old.
The entire time there I saw three homeless people walking in and out of the bathroom and even a people asking us for rides! This entire experience felt unsafe.
I paid over $20 for a meal that was misrepresented, poorly made, and served with a complete lack of care. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll be telling others to avoid this place entirely.

Traditional Diner. Food was typical diner food. My eggs Benedict was an unusual recipe and I will skip them if I go back. While the interior is worn from age it was fairly clean. Bathroom definitely needed cleaning.

My favorite breakfast dinner in the Capital City. The staff is amazing, the food is beyond this world, and sometimes I just like to sit and watch how their cooks plate after plate without losing a beat. See yall Sunday

Genuinely don’t know how this place is still open. It is absolutely disgusting. The entire place was covered in filth. My family ended up walking out before even receiving our food because we genuinely felt like it wasn’t safe to eat there. If they keep the dining area in those conditions I couldn’t imagine how the kitchen is. After leaving I read several similar reviews and most of them said the food made them sick. Safe yourselves the trip and the food poisoning and stay away
Always a great experience at Fleetwood's. The Meaty Hippie Hash is a signature Michigan dish that can't be passed up.
It was busy when I entered but a waitress instantly greeted me and took my to-go order at the register. I waited a few minutes and left with a piping hot, amazing breakfast/brunch.
Highly recommended!
Parking: Parking lot can look a little full but there are more spots behind the building.
