A bit run down and dingy atmosphere. Excellent service Sam was friendly, helpful, and respectful waitress . The food wasn't bad but, the dinner was extremely warm and I lost my appetite. Restrooms were run down , usable though.

It was busy when I entered but a waitress instantly greeted me and took my to-go order at the register. I waited a few minutes and left with a piping hot, amazing breakfast/brunch.
Highly recommended!
Parking: Parking lot can look a little full but there are more spots behind the building.
