Our first visit this morning and so glad we popped in! Excellent, friendly customer service; delicious breakfast crepes; fantastic coffee. What more do you want? Some of the light fixtures could use a cleaning and drop ceiling tiles replaced, but otherwise the space is soothing and takes me back to European cafes. We will be back for more, soon!

Waited 45 mins for the food too and some people who ordered after us got their food before.
Spicy egg white veggie was kinda plain and not even spicy. The fruit tart was good though

I am a chef who came in with my wife... critiquing this place doesn't exactly sit right with me, because they have done an overall fantastic job...so let's start there..first off the music played that day was absolute perfection for the time, and number of people inside. The person taking care of us went out of her way to make me something not offered on the menu. The decor was warm and clean...I was wondering how it would be if they were really busy...about those issues though...having water already on the table is ok, but put it in a decanter you can't see the minerals through, shot glasses are not glasses..and she gave me ice cold syrup for the waffle I ordered.....other than that FANTASTIC...my wife and I enjoyed being there and WILL RETURN

Had the Turtle waffle. It was excellent along with the ther dished my friends ordered. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend!!

Spent $40 on some food that was supposed to come with whipped cream and it didn't I called them because it didn't and they said they don't do it on to go orders because it melts and didn't bother to tell anybody and didn't change the price... And of course the owner will do nothing about it just like the other bad reviews All they say is we strive to provide excellence....

What’s a girl gotta do to get some crepes? I went in this morning around 10, and the line was really long, like one could expect during parents weekend. I IMMEDIATELY was no longer craving crepes after walking in. It was dirty, smelly, and over stimulating. There was trash everywhere, and they were seating people at tables with leftovers still on it, I even saw one kid eating scraps off the floor after probably starving from not getting his food in under 3 hours.
Anyways, after FINALLY being seated, I felt like the staff was rushing me to eat. The weird blond register girl brought out my food and said “just so you know we are incredibly busy today so if you could eat quickly that would be great”. I was taken back and didn’t know how to respond… that’s so rude to say to a PAYING customer. But after like 3 minutes the big manager with the eye bags and the bandanna stomped over to my table and pointed at my crepe and said “ready for me to take this from ya?”. Ummm no lady… I’ve taken 4 bites. Look I know she probably wanted to take it in the back and finish it herself, but I WAITED AND PAID to sit in on this fine Sunday morning. I can’t believe I felt so rushed and disrespected, that manager or shift lead or whatever she was made the whole situation worse, and she was even doing it to other tables around me.
I don’t even know why I went there in the first place because it’s like $20 for a glorified tortilla stuff with probably expired fruits in it. I won’t be coming back.
If you want to be served before your funeral don’t get food here. The worst service I’ve ever received. You would think a breakfast restaurant would figure out how to handle a weekly Sunday morning rush, but nope. The manager was clearly stressed and overwhelmed with how many customers they were getting, and she kept yelling at people that the wait is going to be too long so they should just leave.
But on top of the high stress atmosphere that we walked into, we had to wait 50 minutes to get a table (which we understood and were willing to wait), but then after ordering our food it took another 50 minutes for half of our tables order to come out, HALF. Only 2/4 plates were brought out, after 20 minutes of the other 2 plates not coming out I went up to the counter to ask what was going on, just to find out that they charged our card for the other 2 crepes, but didn’t print a ticket for food to be made. So we were waiting for nothing basically.
At that point I said to the lady that I thinks it’s fair to ask for a refund, which they started to do but the register girl was an absolute fool and couldn’t figure it out. So, we stood up at the register trying to help the slow register girl figure out how to do a refund while the line behind us got longer and longer. Then the girl finally offered that our food will still be delivered to us and we will be refunded, which would be good customer service and we could’ve left somewhat content, but no, it gets worse. After another 5 minutes of figuring out the refund, that pesky manager lady came up and said “ugh, WhAt iS tHe PrObLeM HeRE?” In the rudest tone possible, and then continued to process the refund properly. Then to top it all off our food that we were promised finished and was about to be brought out to us when that rat manager said no we weren’t getting it.
I’m incredibly disappointed that places like that can’t anticipate for a Sunday morning rush or provide good customer service when THEY MESSED IT ALL UP!

Used to like this place for the food until we brought our family in to eat. We had a baby and someone with a disability and the staff was very rude about their ‘no sitting without ordering food in line first’ policy so we left. Would not recommend and will not be going back.
