Our first dining experience here was great. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive during a rush. I've never had a crêpe before and the crêpe we got was INCREDIBLE. I will definitely be back.

Such great good and service! Awesome Gluten Free (celiac safe) options and they always prepare the food with care! Ordered again for Valentine’s Day and they wrote my note on the box for the person I was gifting it to with beautiful handwriting and red marker for the occasion. Always recommend this place!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and celiac safe!

Ordered three crepes to-go. Was told it would be about 25 minutes and to expect a phone call. We went to walk about town and having not heard from them after an hour, returned to inquire about the status. The response was “oh we didnt call you? here it is”. There is no telling how long the food sat there after being cooked. The crepes were cold and sitting in a puddle of condensation that had collected at the bottom on the to-go box. My ramekin of whipped cream was melted and the nutella was no longer liquid. Ignoring the food safety concerns that come with food sitting at room temp, it was not an enjoyable meal. Will not return.

The bad review did scare me a bit but I was happy to get a good experience. The cinnamon & sugar crêpe was basic but very good. It was a little expensive (11 dollars) but in today's economy it comes as no surprise. The coffee was perfect.Dietary restrictions: This establishment does have gluten-free options, though they do have a signs that advises those with extreme allergies not to eat here as they cannot guaranteed that there won't be cross contamination.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs in this establishment, though a wheelchair may struggle to fit through the door as it is rather tight.

Good atmosphere, but the food was extremely disappointing. Ordered two of the savory crepes and a latte for $45. The food took 50 minutes to come out (everyone else in the restaurant was waiting too) and what we got was not good. The Tuscan was drowning in pesto and lukewarm at best. The Hunchback was flavorless and had what looked like microwave bacon in it (not what you’d expect from a $15 crepe…). We didn’t even finish our food - maybe we made the mistake of getting savory crepes.Overall , extremely disappointing experience - just not a great feeling when you’re a college student treating yourself to brunch and you get a meal like that.

very underwhelming. we waited over 50 minutes for 3 crepes and 3 drinks that cost $65. extremely overpriced. 2 of our crepes had basically no filling and were pretty much just bread. the atmosphere was nice and the employees seemed fine but we would’ve much rather go somewhere where we didn’t have to wait for an hour for crappy and expensive food.

This place is pretty awesome. Love the style they got kinda reminds me of mi sushi jist a tad. The crepes were quite delicious. Got myself the brown surger which was just sweet enough to enjoy the cafe meil I got. (I think that's what it was called haha)Also that campfire was peanutbutter chocolate greatness.

This is a nice addition to the East Lansing scene, tho very much a fast casual kind of environment.

Crepe sake reminded me of a place called "the shack" but with crepes. Good time, good food, and you had your own water jug to refill your water.

My girlfriend and I, a queer couple, decided to eat lunch here on a Sunday. It was a bit busy, but there were 4 seats open at the bench seats and a full table open by the window, so I put my jacket at the window table before we took our order. There was a family of four in front of us, with a mother, a father, and two little kids. The mother was very loudly and rudely complaining about there being a jacket at “their table”. The worker asked us if that was our jacket and I said it was mine. She told me I had to move my jacket and that we couldn’t sit since there was a wait. She was very rude about it, and the mother of the family was glaring at us from behind her. It made us feel like a spectacle.I did as she asked and moved my jacket, and then she took my name and information to add us to a waitlist. Then, she asked us to leave so that the place was “less crowded”, even though a mother and daughter duo were allowed to wait for their table inside the business. Nevertheless, we walked outside and waited in the cold. When we were alerted that our table was ready, we went to the counter to claim our table. There was a party in front of us who was trying to get on the waitlist. The same worker from before was helping them. I couldn’t hear exactly what she was saying, but she pointed at my girlfriend and I and said, “Those two definitely are.” I presume that she meant who was ahead of them on the waitlist, but the singling out was unnecessary and made us uncomfortable. When I was telling her that we were there to claim our table, she interrupted me and said, “The name was Rowan, right?” Of course, I said yes, and she told me that we were at the table way in the back, sort of whispering it like we should be hidden away or ashamed. It took about 35 minutes or so to get our overpriced crêpes, even though we only ordered two of them (for over $30) and most of the other tables already had their food. When we did finally get served, the crêpes were good but not worth the trouble.

Called them twice to see about availability and they always say they are closed and hang up the phone. Terrible.
