The place would have potential if the food was better. So the burger must be a frozen patty or something as it lacked flavor and was super dry. My friends nachos looked like table scraps, Would not recommend.

I don't know what to say exactly about this place. There's nothing bad about it, just to me everything's so so! it's your average bar restaurant. They do a decent job. Nothing's overly bad, nothing stupendously good, at least from my personal experience a few times, I've been here. Although when I'm there meeting a couple buddies from time to time the place does seem to hold a crowd and do good business so I think the local community supports it pretty well so they must not do too bad a job overall. But nothing I'm going to leave up and down and slap fives on.

my wife an I stopped in yesterday 2/10 for dinner. my wife had fish an chips an I had the turkey club sandwich. both were very good dishes. very noisy place. hard to carry on a conversation.But it is a sports bar. waitress we had was friendly an did her job. I ask the waitress if they gave veterans discount. she said no discounts. many places around Lansing do show there respect to veterans by offering a small discount. not franks press box. I thought to my self how cheep can you be especially when a large beer a sandwich an fish an chips just cost me 40.00. to add insult when she gave me the bill there was an up charge for using my credit card. my wife an I will not be going back to franks press box. if you want better food at better prices an they honor veterans with a 15% discount go to Buddies sports bar in holt.

Service was bad, the waitress just forgot about us was too busy with her friends . Was disappointed. The nachos were dry, burnt chips, and the cheese looked like zombie tissue. Was horrible.
We love Franks, but yesterday was disgusting! My husband ordered over the phone from a menu we found online. We ordered 2 burgers and fries and 2 apps. Well the girl apparently wrote it down and said it would be ready in 20 mins. Didn’t give a total, but seemed fine. I get there to pick it up, and the bartender explained we ordered off an old menu. No apps. Okay… so update it. So she said they could do the burgers still and that they were done, one being with bacon and bbq the other just a regular cheeseburger. After waiting 20 more mins they finally brought it out. It was $31.87 for 2 DISGUSTING BURGERS. I didn’t know this until we got home, but I gave the girl $35 cash. So I tipped and everything. The fries were cold. They had told me they were making them fresh. Come on Frank’s… you robbed me of $35 and all I got was inedible food. We have baby twins at home so there was no going back. I even debated posting this. But it really sucks. It’s not our fault you don’t have an updated menu and had someone answer the phone who didn’t know anything. This why they should ask for the customers phone number so they can call if there is an issue. We also had no idea they changed the menu. We don’t work there…. Ugh. I hope they don’t do this to anyone else or maybe make it right with us. Does that look like med rare to you??! GROSS I couldn't even swallow it.

Young Asian waitress was the only waitress working with a full restaurant. She was all smiles and did the best job everything was perfect she was always moving around and she managed to handle everybody with the best several other waitresses appeared much later like at 4:00 I hope she got the tips from all the tables she worked.
