Bagel sandwiches are so good, I love the bada big and the lucky

During the pandemic, GoodFellas became a weekly (almost daily) staple for me. Not only did the food hit EVERY single time, but the service was also A1! I kept coming back for the Lucky sandwich (my favorite!) and the familiarity. Since I moved from Lansing in 2021, I make sure I visit GoodFellas whenever I visit home. It's literally a MUST!

Best part of grocery shopping is a Bada Bing when I'm done. Stood at register to order..guy looked up, continued on phone. Said "hello" with a smile, he walked up and said nothing. Said "hello" again, nothing. If you are having a bad day stay home. Left without ordering.

i’ve eaten at goodfellas almost every week for the past few months. my food has come out perfect, every. single. time. and my order is pretty loaded too. their employees are genuine — they treat their customers with respect and orders with care.for people who complain about the wait times, clearly you see they they’re limited on space and number of employees right? if you’re in a crunch for time, go get fast food. or have some patience and respect for food service workers. goodfellas is worth the wait.i never even liked breakfast sandwiches until i tried goodfellas. i seriously love this place and i look forward to it every week. 10/10 recommend.

Decided to try goodfellas bagel for first time, sadly the only time. Customer service was friendly which is the reason for 2 stars. But the food alone... never again. I ordered breakfast burritos and various sandwiches( the don, lucky, bada bing) and some hash browns for my family to try. The hash were not fully cooked and falling apart, I put them in our airfryer to cook a Lil longer and honestly even after that they didn't really taste good( greasy taste). The burritos contain chorizo, potatoes, eggs and some peppers and onion... never thought you can screw up a breakfast burrito. The potatoes were burnt black but still hard( not cooked properly).. peppers and onions were cut too big and also still hard from not being cooked properly. The sandwiches were edible ( okay, no wow factor like i would have like) but not worth the price at all. Hate to say this but mcdonald's steak and bagel meal is way better and worth the money. Sad because the service and the atmosphere( inside meijer city market) is nice and enjoyable.

2021;this place is the bomb! one of the best breakfest sandwiches you can get in Lansing!update 2024;so, ordered via ubereats and it was a bit laggy but service overall was prompt. person on phone @ deli answered my questions promptly and kindly. I ordered the capo and new burrito. the capo was on point and hasn't changed a bit. the capo was an excellent choice with alot of flavor. the newer burritos however are rather bland and cafeteria style food totally diveragent from their life changing bagels. I would not recomend the burritos. I ordered fingerling potatoes and received soggy hashbrowns at $6. I wanted the ol' school awesome fingerling potatoes with bacon and that swizzy sauce! *ugh* typical I.M.E. with goodfellas service that they will send something substantial close to original if they run out of that product. overall better service from new shop. mixed feelings about some of the new product and service. the hand cut potatoes and prepack drinks are a welcomed addition!

This place is horrible. Got a lox bagel and it was burned to a crisp. Stopped in on a Sunday when they opened and no one was there, so the guy that I could tell hated his job did it on purpose. Will never ever go back jere again.

I have never had a bag bagel from here - we get it delivered to my place of employment and have never had any errors with our order. They always arrive hot, and they definitely are not shy about the ingredients (LOVE THAT!). Highly recommend.

i was very unprepared for how good this food was going to be. i am so happy i stumbled upon it.

You absolutely MUST make this a stop. The Goodfellow on cheese is my favorite. I live in California and my son lives an hour away, but when I come to Michigan this is the absolute one place I make sure, no matter what, to come get. And then I dream about it until I come back!Not only is the food amazing but the people are super cool. You will NOT regret it!

Badly prepared $10 bagel sandwich. Burnt to black bacon!, barely cream cheese, and burnt top of the everything bagel, which was very dry and hard. By far, it is the worst bagel sandwiches we have ever purchased. This is our 5th experience, and after having it great the first time, we are done trying to find a decent experience again. I don't recommend eating here.My wife was pretty sure the only person working at the time was the owner... that was a clear sign that we should go elsewhere for a bagel sandwich.They need some chef Ramsey help or something because it seems by the reviews that this place was good a couple of years ago. Even if the prices were half as much, I would go somewhere else...
