The food was great, the employees where awesome and the atmosphere was good. On March 1st 2025 I said my niece over to get pizza cuz I come down to take care of my mom and they walked in and there's two employees fighting and arguing at the counter that is ridiculous there is no reason for that when there is customers in a store both of them should be ripping matted So my niece left that place and went to dynamo's in ordered our pizzas from there I'm very unsatisfied with what the outcome of they had to go through there at that Happy's Pizza place.

Decided to try the rib tips and they were delicious soft and tender seasoned well and the sauce was just right, loved the pizza with Cajun seasoning crust this was excellent on my pizza, but the chicken tenders were overcooked and hard.

I usually put in orders to be delivered. I do go in once in a while, and it's usually quiet in there. There are plenty of tables to sit at for dining in. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they are under new management. Nice menu. The calzones definitely could use more stuffing in them, but that's about the only thing I can think of that needs improvement.
Parking: Huge parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: I do believe there is a flat surface for a wheelchair accessibility.
Havent been in a few years since quality and service went down hill. We ordered ahead before picking up and still had to wait almost an extra half hour. It seemed like they lost our ticket because the girl up front and the people cooking kept trying to find our order. When we finally got our food and went home our order was wrong. But we live out of town so it would have been a hassle to go back to get it corrected. Guess we will just wait another couple years to try again.
Whoever the lady is that is at work on 7/25/24 at 6:15 pm who is answering the phone is rude and hung up in my face when I was simply trying explain my was wrong on my last order she started yawning like she didn't wanna hear it I was calmly talking I can understand if I was being rude straight asking me are you ordering or what if she doesn't like her job then she should quit as much as I spend with that store on south cedar and miller I will never order from again I asked her name and she hung up in my face when I asked to speak to her manager

Ordered 4 item x large pizza and cheese bread, delivered. When I ordered, was told for the pizza, bread and delivery it would be $32, then she changed it to $36. When delivered, my friend went to the door and was charged $42! I wouldn't have accepted it. The pizza was terrible, it was missing 2 items. Very few of the other 2 items. The items didn't go near the crust so there was way too much.

I ordered a large, WELL DONE pizza. What I got was a mess. The pizza wasn’t even centered in the box, part was folded under the lid while the rest was completely torn/separated and bunched up. Like an accordion. Oh and when I tried to eat the mess that was my lunch it wasn’t even cooked through! It was wet and doughy in the middle! I sent an email to customer service twice with no reply.
