I want to share my recent experience at Horrocks today. I love this place and pizza, but I had to rate my experience a four due to the poor customer service I received from the girl at the register on 09/27/24. The bad customer service started with my phone call to place the order. The way she spoke to me was unprofessional and rude. When I went to pick up my order, I observed her speaking the same way to other customers in front of me. When it was my turn, I handed her a single piece of pizza and told her there was an order under my name. After I paid, she realized she hadn't heard about the whole pizza order and responded to me in a rude and unacceptable manner. I had to tell her that she needed to work on her customer service skills. This was a very frustrating experience at my favorite place to shop. I hope someone will address this issue and teach this young person that people have options, and it's her service that will determine if they come back.

We've had multiple pizzas from here and they are all big and delicious. Only down side is parking and possible wait times. But worth it if u enjoy good pizza.

The brick-oven pizza is excellent and made fresh when ordered. We have tried several of the many pizza options. One of our favorite pizzas is the Gyro pizza. Yum!!
Parking: Lots of available parking. Depending on the day & time you visit, you may have to park in the back parking lot. However, you will always find parking.
