This place charged my account 3 times. Tried placing order on line(their website) their site kept saying Ooops can’t process payment, so I had to call in the order and my man picked up order and paid for it because they say you can’t pay over the phone, low and behold I check my bank amount this morning and they have 3 charges pending on my account (about $100.00) that they say will not be put released back to my account for 3 days!! Will NEVER go to this facility EVER again!!

Ordered some pizza while in Lansing. I was hoping it was good. Got the order and the food was good, hot and got it fast. They did forget our plates napkins and extra sauce we paid for but they brought it back to us. Will eat here again if we are ever this way.

Foods great when the staff does what their supposed to, several times I've picked up my food it wasn't cut properly or at all, and every time I put in a carside I get there, wait for 20+ mins before I go inside to see that my pizza had been sitting on the shelf for some time, I had checked in on my app multiple times, I don't understand why carside is even an option if the staff fails to do so. Wish I could give the store a better rating cause the food always tastes good, but the service sucks. :(
Avoid this location!! We have given this location several chances over 2.5 years, and we're not doing it again. Practically every order I have placed, they mess up somehow. I have always ordered online or through the app. The receipt clearly shows the items ordered, but that's not what we get. On our most recent order, they didn't give us the dip for our cheese bread and ignored our request for extra butter and seasoning on the breads. Extra butter shouldn't result in bread that is dry. In the past, they gave us the wrong salad dressing and included cheese in a salad after requesting none- both for allergy reasons, resulting in the need for a return trip to the store otherwise the person they were for wouldn't have had food. If we want Hungry Howies, we're going to have to go to another location, which is unlikely. Their flavored crust just isn't that good, which is really their only big selling point.

Ordered two pizzas last week, used rewards to get one of them. Only recieved one. Called and was told they'd redo the order and give a credit. Never recieved the redo order and no credit has appeared on my account.
