Order food today. Said it would be 45 min wait, no problem. It’s been over an hr, so I called the store to see if the ordered was received online. The worker responds “yes it’s made, just waiting on my driver to get back from the bank so they can come and deliver it to you.” Pizza was cold af when I got.

Delivery guy was very cool however. I ordered $38.10 worth of food. I shouldn’t have to cut my own pizza into slices. My “hot wings” had no sauce they looked like chicken nuggets and the manager wasn’t pleasant to speak to her first response was to send out sauce after I already waited an hour for delivery. Then stated “ well we can guarantee the size of them they are small.” I can careless about the size they are missing the sauce and I paid $9.99 for these 10 “boneless hot wings “.

I ordered online...picked it up. The fella that helped me @ the counter was extremely nice w some serious HIGH ENERGY! Wow!! I need to bottle that guys ENERGY up & make millions lol!Anyway, I had a small pizza & breadsticks....they were AMAZING! I loved them so very much! I'll definitely be ordering THAT SAME ORDER again from this same store! Super Delicious & the cost was in the middle to low range...Parking: There's plenty of parking! It's at the end of a small shopping mall...the parking situation is not an issue!
I love that it’s around the corner from my house and I can have it anytime I want! Hungry Howies is some of the best!

I ordered a hungry Howies stuffed bacon bread boneless wings with buffalo sauce and ranch that was extra and a two liter of Pepsi. On the card in the hotel I was in said we deliver to the room. I was told it would be an hr wait for delivery which was fine but almost an hr and a half later I get a call from the front desk saying my food was left there so my fiancé went down to the front desk to get it and realizes that they didn’t bring the Pepsi or any of the sauces and I mean none of it the sauce for the bread the buffalo and ranch none of it’s there. So I call th store and they tell me we will get a driver out to bring it to you which never happened. They are now closed so I call the next morning at 11 when they open and she tells me I have to bring my card in to get my refund which I can’t cause we are truck drivers and we’re already out of the area. She then tells me they used DoorDash cause their driver left at 7 and no DoorDash would bring a free delivery. They could have called to let me know and I could have done a refund that night. I called the corporate number and told them and they said I would hear from someone in 24-58 hrs later and I’m still waiting this was last week. My bill for that was over $30 and the only thing we was able to eat was the bread cause the wings were nasty without the sauce.

Our delivery driver was friendly, food arrived in a timely manner (faster then expected delivery time) and our pizza was fantastic!! They don’t make it this good at our location near our home! Keep up the great work!

Ordered a sub, a junior pizza, and Howie bread at 8:08 for delivery to my house which is 3 minutes away. At around 9:20 the app finally shows that it's on the road. At 9:41 I call the restaurant and get told the driver just left. I write this at 10:27 eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because the food literally never showed up, and I can't call the restaurant because it closed at 10. My card was still charged for the food. Unbelievable.Edit: It finally arrived at 10:48 as I was on my way to bed, forty-eight minutes after the restaurant closed and two hours forty minutes after I ordered. To no one's surprise, it was cold.
I went in person and order a large steak sub. I asked for lettuce and tomato and no mayo with extra sub sauce. They told me it would take 10 minutes.I waited 15 minutes and went back in. No acknowledged me, said hi, how may help you nothing. Of course I already paid for the food so why do they care... They were not busy... So finally after 10 or so minutes an employee asked me what I was wanting on...I said a sub. She pulls it out of sitting in the hot box and is like here you go... No I'm sorry or any type of courtesy.I finally get to my sub and it is cold, hardly no lettuce bc lettuce breaks the bank at $0.99 a head and then arguably too many tomatoes and no extra sub sauce.I will save my receipt and call the manager as this is ridiculous ?

Prices continuously change with same order from week to week. Then when I get the pizzas, barely any toppings on them. Very expensive cheese pizzas.

Ordered two regular pizzas and one gluten-free pizza this past Friday evening. My husband was doubled over in pain all night long. The pizza was not gluten-free. You guys really need to be careful of people with allergies to wheat as you could’ve sent him to the hospital.
